Helping Handyman

My money was taken as a deposit and to finish the job. New siding was to be put on my home. No work was done I only saw him when he wanted more money. Digital copies of all the texting conversations were made for the courts. A report was taken by the Pinal County Sheriffs office. Pictures were also taken by PCSO.

The Happy Handyman (Frank Kane) pulled up all the carpet and vinyl flooring in my new house. H replaced it with the wood flooring I picked out. He also removed the vinyl flooring in both bathrooms with tile. the job was done in about a week and looks great. I have had him come out to do other small jobs such as adding to my drip system and plant shrubs, all with the same excellent results. He has also refinished an old radio that was in dire need of repair and it looks beautiful. His prices are very reasonable and I will be using him when ever I have a something that needs fixing or added to my house or yard.
