Description of Work: Gerry contacted me immediately upon my inquiry. We had contacted him for a master bath remodel. He said he was in the area and asked if he could come and see our master bath to provide a bid. We received his email bid of $6750 and it included New Granite or Quartz 37" Vanity top; new cherry vanity with drawers, 36", new shower surround with niche and or foot shelf |60" shower door, small curb at shower entry because of post tension slab, install grab bars,Paint room and do any texture repair, install beveled mirror, Medicine Cabinet, and new light fixture, price includes all plumbing. | |Not included are the price for the finish product are the Faucette, shower valve, grab bars, mirrors, Medicine Cabinet, Light fixture, or the tiles. | |I felt the bid was fair and closer to when we are ready to start the project I would ask for some references of some previous customers.
