Agent Matthew Hurtado of the Phoenix branch- is presently harassing my sister- a single mother, respiratory therapist, and veteran first-line worker of the Pandemic- because she won’t move out fast enough when he acquired the house she has been renting with my dad for 10 years. They served the eviction notice AS OUR DAD WAS DYING IN THE HOSPITAL. Now he calls her several times a day, is belligerent and threatening, and keeps going to the property with his thuggy friends- and demanding she vacate or pay $200 a night. She has paid the rent this month- and he could easily just go through the courts to handle this- but he chooses intimidation and bullying instead. Do not support this company while he is associated with it.

Wendy has been an excellent realtor. She worked so hard for what probably amounted to not very much money, especially with the gas spent going all over from Avondale to Buckeye, that my mom and I felt compelled to pool our cash and give her a tip. She was just that great. When I decided I wanted to buy my first house earlier this year, she was my obvious choice. She has worked so hard for me and has been my greatest advocate, getting me the best deal. She worked through the grueling short sale-buying process with ease, keeping me informed at all times. She's not afraid to ask for things that I would have never thought to ask for myself, such as splitting the cost of termite treatment. She scheduled the home inspector, who was excellent, and even recommended a mortgage company who have been very pleasant and professional to work with. She is a pleasure to work with, always upbeat and ready to do whatever it takes to make sure her clients are satisfied and getting the absolute best. It is my pleasure to recommend her to anyone!
