Description of Work: We do not live at the home year round, and trusted that this company was doing what we paid them to do. The company allowed our pool to turn green by either putting the wrong chemicals in or not servicing it like they said they were. We were reported to the EPA for a green pool! When contacted the company to help fix the problem, they used obscenities with both my husband and myself and told us that they weren't obligated to do anything. Overall it was the worst and most hostile customer service that I have ever received. I Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. In addition to all of that the Owner told me that he was License and Bonded and associated with the Better Business Bureau. Come to find out he lied and is not with the BBB. Next time I will do my research and not trust that I was being told the truth.

 + -1 moreI use them weekly. The people there are very good. I have been using them for 10 to 11 years now. I am very happy with their service. They are punctual on their service, and their service price is reasonable. I do not think their rate have increased in 10 years that we have been working with him. If you have any issues with them, they respond right away. If there is an emergency big issue, they get to make sure that it gets addressed right away.
