They go out of their way to resolve your problems, by coming to the home or remotely accessing the computer. Their prices are quite fair. The skill and professionalism is extraordinary, and can fix problems in short order. No lengthy and agonizing repair visits - expect efficiency and quick resolution with a smile . They are polite and friendly, and I always learn something and get more than I expected in each instance.

 + -1 moreWe had three laptops that we needed set up, along with data transfer from our old laptops. I called Computer Resolve yesterday and Jake returned my call within an hour, after a little phone tag we set up an appointment for today at our home. Jake did a fantastic job and is our new best friend!! He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. My husband and I know just enough about computers to be dangerous. It took about three hours to set up our laptops and get everything downloaded. He was great answering our questions and running between computers when new questions would arise. We will definitely be using his service again and recommend Computer Resolve for anyone with computer issues!
