Description of Work: We hired Leonard and his company to sell our home. Our home was still underwater so we had to perform a short sale. Leonard and his team took care of everything and all I had to do was submit my back up paper work. So glad we hired him as it was a somewhat painless process due to Leonard and his team.

He was truly interested in my goals for purchasing a second property and listened carefully to my "wish-list", concerns and expectations. He was patient as I analyzed various areas and communities. He was always punctual to our meetings and extremely responsive to my questions. Len was top-notch in representing my interests during the purchase negotiation process. He coordinated the property inspection and closing efficiently and was always on top of the details.
