Bullfrog Pool Tile Cleaning

A pump was dropped off for us to drain the pool and the technician came the next day to do the acid washing.

One technician came out and performed the work well. I would work with them again.

Everything went very smoothly. Showed up on time, drained the pool, then cleaned the pool the next day.

The came and provided me a quote and it was much more than the deal I had purchased. I am checking with other companies. I am not familiar with how much the service should cost.

It went well. The only thing is that I asked about the pool tile cleaning and I was told they'd call me back about but never did.

Our pool was in need of a good tile and acid wash cleaning and we couldn't of ask for better company to come out to get the job done. Everything went great! The whole process took 3 days total. The first day they did the pool tile cleaning and at the same time started draining our pool. The pool tile looks amazing and brand new. The second day Terry came out and did the chlorine/acid wash cleaning service. He did an awesome job and the pool looks great. On the third day the pool light was replaced and also Terry came back out to finish the acid wash because our pool was in need of an extreme cleaning. THANK YOU BULLFROG TEAM!

Bought a basic cleaning package from Bullfrog. After the pool was drained, they recommended an upcharge to the service, which I agreed to and they performed wonderfully. They were on time and did the work they were supposed to, right before the Thanksgiving holiday. They were promptly back the Monday after to finish the work.

They came when they said they would and did an excellent, complete job. Every person I dealt with was polite, helpful and knew what they were doing or talking about. There was a snafu when our car backed over the hose that was draining the pool and busted the hose. After calling them, someone came out right away and replaced the hose with a stronger one and we had no problems thereafter. We appreciated the quality work they did and their professional, friendly demeanor.

Matt, Also excellent job on acid washing, cleaning up dark spots, both gentleman were very professional, practical and thorough. They did a great job. It took the company 3 hours to clean the tile. Scheduling was business-like and simple.

They did a great job. It took the one tech 2-3 hours for them to do the work. It took them 3 weeks to get to our home after we called to set an appointment.

The pool looked wonderful after they finished. It took them 1 day to empty the pool and about a 1/2 day to do the work the next day. It took them 1-2 weeks to get into their schedule, but it wasn't an issue.

This company is Amazing - Great customer service, pricing and results… We will use them every year to clean our pool tile! We called Bullfrog to remove the white calcium line from our pool tile and from start to finish had an excellent experience. They were able to get us scheduled quickly, showed up on time and made our pool tile look like brand new. I really appreciated how knowledgable & professional the entire staff was. They were neat & clean, explained the entire pool tile cleaning process and even sealed our tile for free.
