Excellent. The repair work went smoothly and you would never know there had been a problem with rust, The color match with the rest of the pool was right on.

Great. They showed up on-time the day prior to setup the pump to remove the water. The next day they did the acid wash. Pool looks much better!

The pool tile looks like new and the followup and service providers were professional. Superb service- have recommended to friends.

There was one issue. After the gentleman did a great job cleaning the tile he didn’t seal around the edge. Around the edge of the pool around the outside of the parameter, after he went ahead and sandblasted it he said he was going to go ahead and sealed the edge around the pool.

The technology they use to clean tiles is a miracle worker. I found it hard to believe the video they have showing how it works but now I know it really does work that well. Our tiles had a ton of calcium build up and they are nearly perfect now. Look brand new! The company was good to work with. They came and took care of it without me being there. I had this done in early May of 2016, it's almost 8 months later and they still look perfect. I will definitely use them in the future. We have spent a lot of money and time on different products ourselves and never really got much of the calcium off. It was a waste of money and time. Just hire Bullfrog.

Great! This is the second time I've used them (this service is best done approx every three years to keep the calcium ring at bay), and will keep on using them. It takes a short amount to time to complete the work, the price is very reasonable, the customer service/office people are friendly and competent, as is the guy who does the work. The procedure is supposed to be eco-friendly as well. I love how my pool looks after the white ring is removed!

Everything went really well & I am so pleased with the the results. My pool looks new again and all the stains are gone and the water sparkles now! They also walked me thru repriming my filter.

My pool is wrecked. And BullFrog won't take responsibility for it. Although temperatures were in the 80s when I scheduled the work, by the time 3 weeks later that BullFrog could get my job on their agenda, temperatures had soared past 100 degrees. I had heard from friends that this could be a problem/hazard, so I specifically asked if that would be a problem and the technician assured me, specifically, that temperatures above 100 degrees would be "NO problem." Because I trusted Angie's List, and by extension, BullFrog, I told technician to proceed. And my pool plaster cracked in the hot sunlight. BullFrog not only blamed my pool but told my insurance company NOT to cover the damages.

Excellent job! Technician was very knowledgable and personable. Was willing to answer all my questions. He even replaced a tile that the process had loosened. This is the second year I they have removed the calcium line for me and the tile looks like new again. I appreciate that they use a tile-friendly material that does not affect the water chemistry of the pool. I also appreciate that they do not use glass beads which I think would damage the tiles.

I had years of calcium build up and it was removed. The caulk job was done quickly and has a couple bubbles. Some caulk was left on the tiles. I asked Terry to please caulk along the tiles that go into the skimmer as the grout had disappeared. He said he would but didn't. My dissatisfaction came with the mess that was left in my pool. Terry told me it would take one cycle through the filter and a backwash before it would clear up. Well, it took over two weeks, five backwashes, and Terry returning with his vacuum to still not clear it up. When looking at the bottom of the pool, one could clearly see where he originally ran the vacuum. Why he couldn't see it was beyond me. He kept questioning me about whether or not the "stain" was there before. Yet one could clearly see small mounds of soda ash left on the pool floor. Even after I had brushed and brushed and ran the pop-up cleaners overtime. He told me that he would have Clay the owner call me. Well, that call never came. Dawn (?) who works in the office seemed eager to make sure I was 100% satisfied. While Terry seems like a nice guy, lacked follow through and attention to detail. I ended up having my pool repair service, Postorino's, do an acid wash. Next time I'll call them for tile cleaning.

To begin with, the Angie's list offer only covers 75 feet of tile. That is NOT a lot of tile. There was a large upcharge to do the entire pool; and our pool really isn't that large. The procedure worked well enough. Bullfrog says "Pool tiles will be sealed to help slow future calcium build-up" That is utter nonsense. The calcium deposits came back even faster than they originally had. When we called Bullfrog to complain, we were told Too Bad... There must be other pool companies who perform this service. I know I am looking for another one.

David did a great job of performing the work but also giving helpful tips for painting. The end product was outstanding. And they did everything they could to meet our timeline. Thank you for a great job.

The service was real good. There was an additional fee of $5 because my pool was larger than what was in the big deal. It was $1 per foot and I was just over the limit. I was impressed when I placed the order through Angie's List, and I had a call within 10 minutes to schedule an appointment. The guy was pretty good, he explained everything, and how it would work and he had to set up the pump, and drain the pool, and leave it overnight, and comeback and do the powerwashing the next day once it was empty. He did a real good job of making sure I knew what was going on and when he would be back.

The scheduling wasn't good, other than that it was OK. The price was based on the linear foot, and they convinced me that I should have some more work done when they got out there. Once they brought the water level down, that was when they realized it needed to be cleaned. It was things like that I wasn't anticipating. It looked like it needed to be done, and the price was fair enough for what they charged for the extra. The only only thing that I had a problem with, they called me the day before the original appointment, they said that they had a cancellation, and could they come out first thing the next morning. I thought we agreed to 9 o'clock in the morning, I didn't get a call until 11 AM and they said the guy was two hours out, I said fine, and I finally checked back in with them at 3:30 in the afternoon. I said, "Where's your guy?". They said he got hung-up because, it was a much bigger job. We had to reschedule, he showed up two days later which, we had agreed upon, after I had threatened to give them a bad report on Angie's List. I told them to be here at 9 o'clock in the morning or they could give me my money back. The work itself was fine. It was the scheduling issue. The owner did call me that night. The guy who came out was very professional, the owner was professional, and it was the scheduler that wasn't.
