Description of Work: They cleaned the tile and water features well. They could have done a better job vacuuming all of the substrate out of the pool upon completion. It took me numerous times to remove all of the substrate from the pool.

The advantages of our cleaning media is it's water soluble, won't change your water chemistry and is guaranteed not to damage your tile. Our normal process is to vacuum the pool after we clean the tile and any remaining media will normally dissolve within 1 to 2 cleaning cycles. We appreciate your business very much and in the future if the media doesn't dissolve as quickly as you would like we're always more than happy to come back out and vacuum. Description of Work: Drained pool and spa, cleaned tile (completely removed ugly calcium line) and pebble-tec finish. Tech told us we did not need an acid wash yet, but did try to remove the staining left by previous company when they acid washed. Very satisfied with work. Now 3 months later and calcium line still hasn't come back (not even around spa overflow area where it was really bad). Last time we had this done (by another company), the calcium line was back within 3 weeks. Bull Frog technicians were very professional and did a great job.

Description of Work: They cleaned the tile on my pool on a $179 special deal, then added on $42 for an additional 6 feet of tile. When I arrived home, the pool was full of water right up to the coping. Apparently he used the backflow system to lower the water level to a cleaning level instead of using a pump. Then turned the water back on and left, thus overfilling the pool. The cleaning itself was fine...it was leaving the premises before the job was finished.

Separate from your service, most likely, your automatic water valve, which regulates your pool's water level failed or malfunctioned causing your pool to fill above the desired level. Description of Work: Tile and rock cleaning, drained pool and pressure washed pool & spa, applied tile sealant. | |They did a great job! Our tile and rocks around the pool and water feature had heavy calcium deposits too extreme for pumice stone cleaning. Bullfrog was able to get them completely clean. They even came back a second time because they missed a few spots. Really went the extra mile. Glad we used them and highly recommend.
