Gregg and Cheryl were quick to respond to our calls and we had no problem getting them to fix a minor staining glitch that nobody noticed until a few days after installation. The shutters look great and we would use them in the future.

They were prompt in getting back to us about setting up an appointment for an estimate, arrived on time and did not pressure us. When I called them to let them know I would be using them, Greg came back out because we decided to add one more blind and he did a final measurement. The blinds came in on time and were installed with no problems.

Gregg did an outstanding job from start to finish. He is truly a professional and takes a lot of pride in his work. He came to our home and gave us an estimate of the work and discussed the types of shutters available. After getting two more estimates, I called him back. He promptly came out. We discussed some changes I had decided on and he finalized his estimate. He had a suggestion about the shutter for the sliding glass door. We took his advice and signed a contract. When the shutters were completed, he made a appointment to install them. He and his assistant did an excellent job. I can't say enough good things about the process. The frames for the sliding glass door and the back door were not built properly, so he took them back to his vendor and had them redone. They came back to install those remaining shutters as soon as they were done. Everything was completed before Thanksgiving. I highly recommend Blinds Mart and Gregg Sitko.

The company didn't call to let me know that the two week delivery time wasn't going to happen. I didn't mind that it took longer, but I would have appreciated a call to let me know that it would be another week. Bobby installed the blind and everything looked good. It fit perfectly and works great.

They did a really good job. They repaired everything and were efficient. They came out when they said they were going to and haven't had any problems since.

In December of 2011. I wanted to surprise my mom by getting her some new blinds for a big window in the family. So I went to Angie's list got three places that did blinds called them up and blinds, Mark made me feel like they with the ones to do the work. So I made an appointment. Greg came over measured the window showed me some samples as to what would look good in the room, color, etc. I take out a nice set. He ordered them and a few weeks later they came in. He called me up said they were in came out and put them up. He was very nice very professional and very good at what he does because it did not take him long to take the old ones off and put the new one is up. And yes, we surprised mom. She liked them so much we decided to do a set for the door to match the wind. Once again Greg measured. He ordered. They came in. He called and we set up a time for him to come and put them up. He came with a friendly hello. And just like the big blinds. It did not take him long to put them up. Mom loved them and we are all very happy. I would definitely use blinds Mark again.

Greg and Cheryl did a terrific job providing excellent service and products at a cost significantly less than competitors we also had bid on the project. They covered two windows with classic roman shades, 25 windows with pleated (insulating) shades, and 13 windows with stained wood plantation shutters. We are very pleased with how everything turned out. Greg performed the initial measurements himself, as well as installing the plantation shutters. His crew installed all the roman and pleated shades. Everyone was always very friendly, courteous, and above all, clean. There was only one little bit of trouble in the whole process Blinds Mart handled it very professionally. Four of our pleated shades arrived with creases in the material from being improperly packed for shipping by their supplier. The Blinds Mart installer noticed this and brought it to my attention. I don't know if I would have every found it on my own. They contacted their supplier to have the shades repaired or replaced. The supplier came out and took down the shades, repaired three, replaced one, and reinstalled them all only three days later. Even with this little hiccup, the experience was very positive. It seems to me that you really get to know how good a company is not when everything goes right, but when something goes wrong. Blinds Mart did everything right, notified us of the problem with the four shades, contacted the supplier, and had the problem corrected in less than a week. This is a company to feel comfortable doing business with.

The cords they originally used were too thin and didn't work properly. I talked to the owner, who was very nice. So, they came back out and they did replace them after they ordered new ones. They were very reliable, they came on time. I couldn't be happier.

From start to finish it went very well. My phone call was answered right away and I was told the repair person would call me that night. He did call that night and I had my repairs done in two days. Great service and price.

During the ordering process we were not in town and Cheryl was terrific in sending us photos with explanations of all the options to help us make the right choice. We wanted them in for Christmas and were concerned about having them in time. She stayed on top of the situation and as soon as she found out what day the would arrive, she contacted us to set up an installation date with just two days notice-Dec 22 in time for the holidays. Greg did a great job on the installation - they look great and work beautifully. We appreciate their ongoing follow up to get them in on time.

They were good people and not pushy with the estimate but we just found someone who was really below everybody else?s price. They didn?t come high either. I think they would have done a good job. I would not really consider using them in the future.

Greg was fantastic- he spent a lot of time with us to explain our different options, review styles and colors and chose the best wooden blinds for our home. He measured each window himself and gave us a final estimate which included installation. As scheduled, the blinds came in and Greg installed them himself. We were very comfortable having him in our home while we were working in another room - and he didn't mind our little dog running around to check him out every once in a while.

I think I already told most of the story. The time it took from ordering to having them delivered was about 2 weeks. Gregg installed them easily and well, he obviously does this all the time! I appreciated being able to have someone at the house to see the setting rather than ordering at a store.

Everything worked out really great. They took down my old existing blinds and window coverings for me so that the window guys could do their work. Then, they came back and put them up for me. They were so good. They are a family owned business. Actually, when they were under different ownership I called them and purchased some coverings. I liked them then so I called them again. I had good results with them, both times.
