Please read the owners on views on issues such as wearing a face mask during a pandemic "What's shameful is all you liberal snowflakes willing to just give up all your constitutional rights so easily. PATHETIC!!!". Shows no social consciousness or thought for others. Though they may "say" the right thing on their website, how much is it enforced if this is the owners views.

Excellent-I have called Beebe many times for more routine plumbing repairs and found them to be honest, reasonably priced and do quality work (as opposed to a valley plumber who does a lot of television advertising I called once who was overpriced and recommended costly repairs that if I did not have done would have my pipes leaking in a few months (never happened). Since my experiences with Beebe were all positive, I decided to (finally) do something about the lime/calcium buildup on the inside fixtures and they were my first and only call. The cost seemed very reasonable-I did not price units but had gotten a couple of quotes years ago on installing the plumbing loop that were far higher back then. The technician spent all day getting everything right and spent a lot of time explaining how things worked and how to maintain the system. All in all I am very happy, and my positive review of this company is long overdue. You simply cannot go wrong calling Beebe Plumbing!

I would recommend them. My water heater broke. It broke in the late afternoon. I live alone and I didn?t know what to do. I looked on something I had, a card for plumbing from some guy that I have had before. I called them and they had told me that he had died and they bought the company. They came and fixed the water heater, but they had to tear out the wall and build it to make some corrections, and they unhooked the water softener. Then they didn?t want to put it back. They said I needed a new one, it wouldn?t work. So, I called this Beebe Plumbing. I when over there, they?re close to me and they said that they would come out. The guy came out, didn?t charge me and said I just needed a few little parts. He put them in there and it worked great. No cost involved and I?ll use them again. This other outfit was lousy. For the water heater, they charge me more than Beebe Plumbing would have. I?d called them first, if I had only known. He asked me how much I had to pay for the water heater. He said, I wouldn?t charge you so much.? I don?t remember what it was, but it was cheaper than what I paid for. He?s great! Everything?s an ?A?.

I have previously used Beebe Plumbing once before and that time they were on time and did good work at a reasonable cost - straight As all around. This time, I set up an appointment 3 weeks out from the day of service so that I could take a day off from work. The appointment time was between 8 to 10am. By 9am no one had showed up so I called their office. I was put on hold for about 3-4 minutes and then told that the scheduled plumber had called in sick. I told them I was here all day but they replied that they were swamped and could not get out until the following Monday - since the nature of my job requires getting time off approved far in advance, this would not work. Had I not called them at 9, I doubt they would have ever called me....

Julio arrived on time and had everything fixed quickly. Good quality parts & work at a reasonable cost. Will definitely use again.

Great. I ran into issues installing the hose bib myself and Beebe came out at 9PM and had me up and running again in no time flat. They were extremely responsive and the tech did a great job. I will definitely use Beebe again and highly recommend them to other Angie's list users.

I called on a Friday afternoon and the service representative said he would e-mail pictures and prices to me on Monday 11/17. I didn't receive an e-mail by late afternoon so I called again and talked to someone else. I advised I didn't receive any email yet and gave my e-mail address again and my phone number. The second representative said he would give the info to the first representative. I never heard back from anyone, no e-mail or phone call. I have since hired a different plumbing company.

I had a difficult time finding a plumber to add an interior gas line. When I called Beebe Plumbing, I explained my project and asked them if they performed this kind of work. They did and scheduled Bryan to stop by the following day and provide an estimate. Bryan arrived on time, has done previous work as what I was looking to have performed and provided an estimate on the spot. The pricing was fair and we agreed to have Beebe perform the work. The job was scheduled for 2 days later. Bryan arrived when promised, performed the work as specified, and cleaned up after himself. Bryan is also very personable and made me feel comfortable with his professionalism.

Service was prompt, installer was professional and knowledgable, answering all of my questions. Price was reasonable compared to other quotes.

I had a handyman come to help me relight my gas hot water heater pilot light. It was a Firday morning before a 3 day holiday weekend. He said it was a faulty part of some sort costing about $100 and could not get it until the next Tuesday and he left. Out of desperation around 2 pm I called Beebe Plumbing and the kind dispatcher said that possibly he could get someone to come on his way home. The young gentleman arrived about 4 pm and quickly started the heater, explaining that the knob was simply cracked and when we thought it was turned on it was not so no gas was coming through and so could not light. I asked for the charge and he said, and quot;no chargeand quot;. I then asked as long as he was there if he could change a gasket or valve or whatever it needed on my leaky outdoor faucet, He shut the water off from the street saying that using the valve next to the house sometimes caused excessive wear on that valve and so the reason why he did it with his special tool from the street. He fixed the faucet and turned the water back on. Again when asked there was no charge!!! He wished me a great weekend with hot water. I was left with tears of gratitude and joy! And I will tell anyone who will listen about the kindness and honesty, prompt service and professionalism displayed by this company.

Quick response! I called Tuesday afternoon for a non-emergency residential service, and they were sort of apologetic that they couldn't actually get someone out that day, but arranged to have someone out at 8 the next morning. (I would have been happy with any time that week, so it was a pleasant surprise that they could do it so quickly.) I mentioned that I would need to be on a conference call for work at 8:30, but that it would be fine for the plumber to arrive and get started at 8. The service provider, JR, arrived early and I saw later that there was a note on the ticket that I would be busy at 8:30 so it was important that he arrive promptly. That was going above and beyond - I appreciated the extra courtesy and the display of concern for my schedule! This is actually the second time I've used this company and it has been the same plumber, both times. He is professional, personable, explains what's going on, and doesn't seem to mind my dog barking when he comes in and out of the house. I feel like this was a fair price for the service and parts I received. I will continue to choose Beebe Plumbing in the future!

Great job and they are now on speed dial! Slow to get estimate as we had to p*** them a few times....(Angie's List users please remember that busy contractors typically are slow to get estimates out, it is worth noting but not worth down grading the overall experience. We had to make 3 phone calls to get our estimate but in the end we were treated like royalty and not charged for various incidental items. This is a class operation and each and every step of the way they made customer satisfaction their priority. A 20 year old AC unit is what they had to work with and in the end we have a fully functional 20 year old unit that works...which says a lot in area where and quot;killingand quot; AC units is a common practice just to make a profit.

The service was scheduled with a window from 12pm-2pm. I received a call at 2:03 from Nate. He apologized and stated he was running late and would be there within 30 minutes. Nate arrived at 2:50pm. This was the only downside of the service. Nate was very professional, courteous, and experienced. He apologized for the late arrival multiple times. He quoted the price up front before starting the service and stated it should only take about 15 minutes to replace. Nate replaed the Tand P Valve in that timeframe. When he completed, he showed me the reason for the malfunction of the valve. There was buildup in the valve which was keeping the valve open, and not allowing it to close fully. I told him it had started off as a drip about 6 months ago when I moved into the house, and kept getting worse from there. He asked if I had the house inspected, I replied that I had. He said sometimes when the inspectors come in the house, they will test the Tand P valve to make sure it's functioning properly, the problem with this is, if there is any build-up in the system, it may stop the valve from closing fully, thus creating the and quot;leakand quot;. I informed him I also had a plumber come out to install my Soft-Water system, and water filtration system, and that I mentioned the dripping to that plumber. At that time, that plumber also opened the Tand P valve releasing water to show me it's normal, which again, because of that, it may have actually made it worse. Nate also recommended that I and quot;flushand quot; my system out once a year to keep my water heater healthy and to help prevent any build-up in the system. He stated just to connect the hose to the output, and turn the valve open. To continue to run the water until it's clear. Nate was very professional, he educated, made recommendations, and made it a pleasant experience. I will absolutely hire Beebe Plumbing again for any further Plumbing needs. Thanks Nate!

Estimate/bid was exactly what was charged. Work was performed on time and accurately. Installer was helpful, pleasant and cleaned up thoroughly. He also provided helpful advice.

The plumber they sent to my home did a great job. He charged a resaonable price compared to other plumbers I have dealt with in the past.

THE PLUMBER SENT OUT TO DO THIS WORK WAS PUNCTUAL, NEAT AND VERY INFORMATIVE. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS VERY FAIR AND I WILL USE THIS COMPANY FOR ALL OF MY PLUMBING NEEDS.

He was awful. He had the hot and cold water switched backward. He also used water soluble glue and the glue gave way. It flooded the kitchen and ruined the drywall. Also, he was late to do the job.

On a Friday at 7pm we noticed our water heater leaking. First we called another company that advertises great prices on water heaters and emergency service. They took 90 minutes to respond to the call, and told us there was a $125 emergency fee on top of labor and materials for any after-hours work. We checked this List, and found Beebe. Travis came out with a new water heater within 45 minutes of our call. He replaced the defective heater, and told us since the old one was under warranty all he would charge us was the "swap out fee". He did not charge us for the new water heater. He also told us why the old water heater leaked, the water softener system was too close to the water heater, causing an overheat condition. We need a thermal joint to dissipate heat from the water softener. He did not have one in stock, so he asked us to call back Monday morning to schedule the installation. This is GREAT service!

FINISHED THE WORK IN 10 MINUTES, BUT CHARGED US $90 FOR IT. I THOUGHT THAT WAS OVERPRICED FOR THE TIME SPENT! THE PLUMBER, NAMED JERRY, SEEMED TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE WHICH I DIDN'T LIKE.

THE PRICES WERE A BIT HIGH BUT THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM WELL. THE TUB NO LONGER RATTLES WHEN IT IS DRAINED. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO DO IT RIGHT, BUT THEY GOT IT DONE IN REASONABLE TIME.

REPAIR WAS EMERGENCY WORK, THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED WITHIN 30 MINUTES AFTER NOTICE, AND WORK WAS COMPLETED SAME DAY. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE PROMPT RESPONSE AND QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP.

I HAVE HAD THIS COMPANY OUT TWO TIMES AND BOTH WERE VERY PLEASANT, HONEST AND NICE TO WORK WITH. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE AGAIN.
