Description of Work: Barracuda Pool Service was recommended by our house sellers real estate agent so we went with her recommendation, was not a company we got through Angie's List. We had this company 9 months. I do want to inform others looking for a pool service to look elsewhere, Barracuda is not a good company, they often do not show up as scheduled and the company does not advise you of this. Our pool continued to turn greener and greener in July even after backwashing, weeks later we let them go and hired another company who found we had filthy and torn DE filters and a bad seal (see attached photos). Barracuda never even looked at our filter system to try and correct our pool, just said our pool has a problem. Their listed physical address on here on Olive has a different business in this location, their other address at 8194 W Deer Valley is a Fed Ex box address to look like a physical address. I know I drove by both today for a refund they owe us at we have not received as promised.
