They were nice and did acceptable work. Everything was fine with nothing special. They were fairly priced too.

I had to reschedule the appointment for an earlier day, and he was able to accommodate my request. My call was returned on a weekend.
Description of Work: The carpet in a very large room was cleaned. The soil in heavy traffic areas and one large stain was removed.

ARROWHEAD CARPET SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WERE COURTEOUS. I HAD SEVERAL BAD STAINS BECAUSE OF TWO BOYS AND TWO DOGS. THEY CAME OUT AND TOOK THE TIME TO REMOVE THOSE STAINS. I HAVE HAD OTHER COMPANIES COME OUT AND THEY NEVER WERE ABLE TO GET RID OF THE STAINS. ARROWHEAD STAYED AND WORKED ON THEM AND ALMOST ALL OF THEM WERE REMOVED OR ARE NOT AS NOTICEABLE. THEY DID MORE WORK THAN THEY PLANNED AND DID NOT CHARGE US ANY MORE.
Description of Work: ARROWHEAD CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY CARE CAME OUT AND CLEANED OUR CARPET, LOVE SEAT, AND COUCH.
