They were very prompt and came on time. He got the job done and issued the report right on site. He did a thorough job. The price was very competitive.

I scheduled the home inspection on Saturday Dec. 10, 2011 at 1pm. Mr. Jeff Euriech arrived on time and completed the inspection at the exact same time he stated he would completed (which was 4pm). I arrived at the home at 4:20pm and Mr. Euriech walked me around the exterior of the home...pointing out all the things he found right and wrong about the exterior of home. He then guided me around the interior of the home...again pointing out all the things he found right and wrong about the interior of the home. He took his time explaining everything to me. He was very thorough and patient with me. He answered every question I asked. He gave me permission to contact him via phone or email at anytime. He also stated he could come back out to the house and answer any questions I had. He gave me very nice binder that included his inspection report and a handbook teaching how to maintain a house. I liked his professionalism and would highly recommend him!

Inspector was on time, informed us of the inspection process and conducted the inspection of our prospective home purchase, from top to bottom in a methodical manner. He was thorough in explaining noted deficiencies and provided an in-depth report complete with photos. Having used inspectors for 4 other home purchases over the past 20 years, we found this inspection service to be THE ABSOLUTE BEST!
