Aqua Clean Pool Service LLC

Very happy with Aqua Clean. The vacuum breaker on our pool fill line developed a bad running leak, worrisome. Aqua Clean had to fit us in but their service person came from the other side of town and did a great, professional repair, which involved cutting out the faulty unit and adjoining pipe and replacing all with new. He also took time to explain how to care for the unit and protect it against freezing weather (it's winter). We are a regular customer for weekly pool service; the tech works hard and leaves the pool balanced, crystal clear, baskets clean, etc.

He cancelled 2 times to come out. After the install the unit was leaking. When I informed him he stated, " I've been doing this for 30 years. But I'm just human" He came back out and applied some type of epoxy to the outside of the PVC connection. I do not think this is a "permanent" fix. It is not leaking now but I was not impressed.

John and his staff were amazing! They showed up when they said they were going to, they made sure that everything was spotless after the demo, and John went above and beyond to make sure our pool was in perfect working order once it was filled back up! I would definitely hire them again!

We love the service and support we get Aqua clean. I used to clean my pool myself but I found that I continually had issues with chemicals because I am so busy with work and travel often. Now our family can always enjoy the pool without any worries. And The cost isn't much more than when I "tried" to add chemicals and clean our pool myself because all chemicals are included in our pool service. Our pool tech Trish is awesome and she always informs me of any possible issues with our pool equipment like pump,hoses, filters, etc. I highly recommend Aqua Clean to all my friends and family!

Perfect! Aqua Clean Pool Service is at my home each week and does the job fully. We haven't had a "green pool" in the 3 years that we've been using them. If we need repairs, they let us know how urgent it is and have been both honest and fair in their prices. All of this shouldn't be a huge deal deserving of praise but it is. I've have used several other companies over the years who have no showed, lied about the work they did, didn't do the work, and created costly repairs that were unnecessary and more. Aqua Clean was referred to me by a realtor friend who said they were honest, trustworthy, reliable and did great work. That is 100% TRUE!

This business is wonderful. They do a great job servicing my pool. I have never owned a pool before, and they took the time to explain to me what I needed to know and are always willing to listen to any questions that I may have. They come every week, as they said they would and my pool always looks great. They also service my fountain in the courtyard, and it looks awesome. They are extremely friendly and dependable. The billing is set up so easy and efficient. I would definitely recommend their services.

Trish, is a great tech. She is personable, professional, and last but not lease very thorough. She is a good communicator. We love the way she always makes sure the gate is locked, and secure when leaving. Billing is easy, online payment makes it a breeze. The company overall is quick to reply to emails, if you have any questions. We have used this company for 4 years. They are a full service. We look forward to our acid wash, glass bedding the top tile, and changing out the pool water.

The owner , in my opinion,has limited business management skills. Follow up is terrible! He incentivizes customers to write positive reviews on Angie's List. If your scheduled date for service is compromised due to weather or a holiday you have to wait until the next week.

Trish has been so professional. Very knowledgeable, and make recommendations for the longevity of our pool. She takes care or our pool, and equipment as if it were her own. On time every week. If we have an equipment failure. They call / work with the installation company, Shasta Pool, or Pentair to have the equipment repaired, or even replaced under warranty. No charge to us from equipment company or Aqua Clean. Just part of what they did for us. Thanks, Neal

Never a problem They come on a weekly basis, do their thing and bill me monthly. There is never a problem with the billing.

The first time he came, he discussed a time and he showed up on time. He answered all my questions in regards to my pool, but I've never owned a pool before. However, the work itself doesn't take longer than maybe 10 minutes. It makes me wonder is $95 a month really worth it. He is a professional, and it seems he does good work. He's given me alot of pointers and he's worth the money, for now. I'm wondering if I don't know enough about pools and think that $95 is too much.

I have had a few bad experiences with different pool service companies prior to hiring Aqua clean pool service, John the owner and all of his staff are professional, friendly, reasonably priced, and most of all reliable. I am going on my forth year with Aqua and highly recommend them. When ever a pool problem arises, they immediately respond to my needs, John has personally stopped by my house, and sometimes after hours to access and correct emergency problems, and sometimes doing this at no extra charge. This is a GREAT company !!! Rich

We are fairly new customers to Aqua Clean Pool Service. Our pool rep, Stacy, comes weekly to service our pool on a specific assigned day. Thus far, we are very pleased with the thorough service provided by Stacy on our pool. Office and administrative staff are also pleasant to deal with. We firmly believe the monthly service fee charged by Aqua Pool Cleaning is reasonable considering the services they perform.The optional bi-annual / every six month cleaning of the pump filters is an excellent deal.

I am very happy with aqua clean services. The owner is professional and gets back to you immediately if there are any issues. They are solved in a timely manner. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Routine maintenance done on time and well. Extra work both under Shasta warranty and not under warranty done well.

Everything was fabulous - they were super responsive and followed up every issue our pools had until they were resolved. Another pool repair company said repairs weren't possible and that only total replacement was possible, which would have cost me more than twice what this did (and for the wrong thing). Aqua Clean Pool Service not only did a great job, they have integrity.
