Appliance Certified

Repairman came out and checked our icemaker. He told us that we needed a new icemaker and he had one with him. He installed the icemaker and told us everything was fine. The icemaker has never worked right and even after being gone for two weeks we barely have any ice in the bin. I called Frank the service man on Friday and he told me he was on his way to a service call and would call me back within the hour for my address and would he here on Monday. I have since called him at least eight times and have emailed him to no avail. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!

I had the repairs done by Appliance Certified on 1/9/12, only to have the fridge fail on us again. I tried calling Appliance Certified to come back out and inspect the unit but could not reach anyone nor get a return call. I then had another repair technician from another company come out to inspect the unit. It was found that the parts in the fridge were the old used parts and were not repaired as stated. I have yet to be contacted or have any resolution from the problem. I would not recommend this company for your repairs.

inital repair went well until the appliance failed within two weeks

He was responsive on the initial repair, however, within a week the dishwasher was not working properly. He promised a 2 - year warranty. The company owner avoided all calls and when we finally connected with him he either promised to get back or made appts that he never kept. Now we have to secure another repair company and we are taking this to small claims court.
