Almeida's cost estimate was in the middle of 4 estimates I received. I liked their ratings and reviews on other web sites. Their estimator was polite and did not do a hard sell. Unbelievably they installed my roof in one day, and they did a quality job. It has been two years now with absolutely no problems. They performed a very thorough clean up. I could not find a single nail after the work completed.

It is three days after completion, and I am very please at the overall appearance of the roof. Interacting with the office staff and Kevin during the estimate was Great! Returned calls and email promptly. This is my first experience with a new roof process, and it couldnt have been easier. What made it even nicer was the fact that Kevin actually told me about the coupon they offered on Kuduz for two Free WhirlyBirds. I knew about them, But the fact that HE brought it up first, as Very Positive. Rick and the crew that did the actual work were courteous and explained a couple issues as they pulled the roof off. I wasnt surprised that they found these issues and was glad to have Rick explain the repair process to make the roof solid. They did a Great job with the minor repairs needed. The roof was completed in 2 !/2 days (as I was told) and Looks Wonderful!!! They cleaned up front and back of the house before they left each day. They were a little late one morning but they still completed the work as promised. And the Best Part is they were the lowest estimate by a couple hundred dollars... in these times that matters. Overall Experience was GREAT!!! Thanks to Everyone at Almeida Roofing. Now let the rain begin!!!!

Company had a difficult time responding to my inquiries in a timely fashion, and when they did, they either misunderstood me or responded unprofessionally. I did not feel my business was important to them, nor was courtesy.

Very well, leak is repaired. Cleaned up afterward. Electronic billing. Good experience.

The estimate was for about $10,000. The representative was responsive and seemed to be knowledgeable. However, we chose someone else who came up with a less expensive solution to the same problem for about $1500.

They did a good job they are just expensive. You may be able to shop around for a better price.

Everything worked out perfectly. They were very punctual in showing up for the job. As far as I can remember, they finished the work in one day. I had no problems whatsoever communicating with the crew. They even cleaned up after themselves when they were done. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. They know people shop around so I'm sure their prices were fair.

i contacted Almeida to get an inspection of my tile roof and the flat roof over my patio. I wanted to know if they agreed with the inspection that I had received from Home Depot. I was contacted promptly and the inspection was scheduled within one week. The inspector arrived on time. One of the reasons I selected this company was the high level of praise given to Kevin who conducted the inspection for others. However Kevin did not show up, but rather someone who spoke very little english. He conducted the inspection and told me I would be mailed a quote. There was no discussion of what he found. I asked him if he was Kevin and he said no. Kevin was sick and he was sent to keep the appointment. I felt that I should have been contacted and given the option of rescheduling for when Kevin would be available, especially since I received no feedback before the inspector left. I received a reasonable quote stating what would be done. However, there were a lot of add-on contingencies "in case they found other things" that would have made the total cost much higher. Given the details of other reviews praising the feedback from Kevin during his inspections I was very disappointed. I decided to go with another roofing company recommended to me by my painter.

Kevin was very prompt, courteous and professional when he arrived. He was so prompt that he arrived before another contractor who had arrived late departed. Kevin remained in his truck until the other contractor departed. Kevin walked the house with me, described the repairs necessary to complete the work I asked for, then described a modification to the ridge pole to prevent the problem from reoccurring. Kevin's bid was actually the lowest and his estimate was more detailed than one of the two other roofing contractors. Kevin didn't try to sell me services that weren't necessary for the repairs I was having estimated.
