Everything about my experience with Terry from Agent Lock and Key was excellent. He was very responsive, helpful and communicated well. He initially responded to my email within maybe 30 minutes and had me send him a text with a picture of the issue. He was able to diagnose the issue and have a plan of action before arriving. He gave me a few options. One of those options would have meant he would have not made any money. That in itself proved to me his character and honesty, and I appreciated it very much. He also gave me the receipt from Home Depot for the door knob he had to purchase for the job that way I knew exactly how much he spent since I was paying for it. When he arrived at the house he was again very polite, professional and prepared. His price are good as well. He has the ability to take payments with credit cards and also emails you an invoice. If we have a need for any of his services in the future we will be calling him. I would recommend his services to anyone I know. You can trust him. He is clearly a good guy making an honest living.

Fast and professionally done

Terry came out and did a great job for me. He rekeyed 10 doors, cut 8 keys, reprogrammed two garage door remotes and a key pad, cut an old lock off a gate and gave me a new lock for the alley gate. It went really well and the price was very reasonable. Terry was very professional. He explained any oddities and potential issues. I would definitely use him again should the need arise.
