 + 0 moreThe whole process went amazingly well, with the results being fabulous. Phone calls were answered in a timely fashion, the work was started and finished in the allotted time. I highly recommend this company if you're in need of interior/exterior painting.
Description of Work: First we had the wooden beams supporting our covered patio stuccoed, and also had major repair done to the existing stucco on the west and south sides of the house. Then we had 2 interior walls in our living and dining room painted (2 coats of primer, 2 coats of cranberry paint). Then the exterior of the house was painted one color, while the eaves, door trim and raised stucco features were painted a slightly darker shade. Then the double front doors got a fresh coat of "Crabby Apple". Also, the interiors walls of our cinder block fencing was painted in the same color as the house.

 + -1 moreThey arrived on time and did the work. They used my microwave oven for their lunch break, and I needed to remind them to wipe their feet upon entering and re-entering my house. They were polite. They couldn't put the weather stripping back onto the doors and Mark, the representative, said he would do it the next day. But I didn't get a message from him until I was away on vacation. He returned to do this 2 weeks after the doors were painted. I was disappointed when I would call the company to schedule services (before job was done). The owner, Scott, never returned my calls or emails. When Mark told me I would have an estimate for the job the following day, I waited, then called. I reached Mark who told me he would call me back the next day. Mark didn't get back to me for a week. After the job was done, Mark came over to re-install weather stripping. Our appointment was at 10am. I didn't hear him knock. I called him at 10:08 and he was angry. He begrudgingly returned.
Description of Work: Paint the exterior trim around the new French doors. Fill nail holes with putty. I supplied all paints. Painted the interior and exterior surface of French doors. Painted interior trim around the French doors. Touch up wall and baseboard adjacent to front door. Fixed previous painting mistakes in laundry & guest rooms.
