I called A-Peoria Plumbing and spoke to Larry. I described my problem and Larry said it sounded like the heating element was bad in the water heater. He said he would have one of his guys show up in about 45 minutes. The technician was on time and confirmed the heating element needed replaced. He had one on his truck and replaced in in no time. Now we can have hot showers again. Thank you A-Peoria Plumbing.

,xcellent job, called the day before, left message,got a call back from larry moore,owner. Got quote on job cost and what it would entail. set up appointment date and time, Mr. Moore was here rite on time, came in, looked over the job, brought in tools and drop cloth to keep area clean, went to work, hour and a half or so, he is done, cleaned up, double checked and showed us system worked, solved problem . company included all parts, labor and taxes.we are more than satisfied. company may not be fancy,but does the job, fair price, seems to know his job. we will call him again for further work (cost was as quoted) george roberts

This system has and continues to perform perfectly. The thermostat is very easy for me to use and the system keeps a consistent temperature to the setting I choose. It went well. They were on time, covered the floors where necessary and cleaned up when finished. This is the second system this company has installed for me and I am very happy with it.

Response time was excellent and the plumber was very polite and knowledgeable. The price that they charged for parts used was outrages. Angle stop was $35 and retail cost is $8.00. Water supply line $33.54 & retails for $5.00. Tank bolt kit cost $29 & retails for $10.00. Fill valve cost $54.22 & retails for $12.00. Flush valve cost $60.88 & retails for $15.00. Retail prices are From Home Depot and may have a different retail price at other stores. But even so the prices they charge for parts are highly inflated. They charged $212.72 for parts that could have been purchased for about $40.00 at Home Depot. Their trip charge was $35.00 which is not bad. The labor charge was $120.00 for about 1 hr. Except for the parts charges it was not a bad experience, however I will not recommend them or use them in the future. They did give me a $20.00 discount for a coupon that I had.
