A J ICE MAN

This is my poster child of providing professional service. He has advocated for me on warranty issues and insurance companies. He is honest to a fault and does amazing work. I only wish I could find resources in the other trades with this trust/value return.

Aleksander returned my initial phone call quickly, listened carefully to my problem and came out the next day as I requested. He was right on time, tested the unit, explained what was going on, what repairs were needed and provided the estimate. He said he could get the required parts on my 14 year old unit and come out the next day. He arrived 5 minutes early with the parts and proceeded to do the work. He indicated that the motor was a lot more costly than he thought however when I offered to make him whole he would not accept any more because he "stands by his quotes". The man is very pleasant to talk to, responsive, punctual, respectful and honest. My son and one of his friends had used him before and raved about him. In the last 10 years I've used a half dozen different A/C companies but never fully trusted any of them. I trust Aleksander and will use him again for all my future A/C-Heating needs.

I spent $200. They provided excellent service at excellent price. They were pleasant to work with. This was the second time that I have used them. I will use this company again in the future.
