They installed a whole house water filter. They did it well

We called because our guest bath shower was making a strange gurgling noise whenever the adjacent toilette was flushed. Jason came out and assessed the problem, which did not require him to do anything to the plumbing. It was a matter of educating us. He did not charge us for his time. That was so appreciated! This was the second time I have had them out. The first time was for a clog. The service was great then too, and the cost was reasonable as well.

I called on a Saturday to see if they could assist with an RV concern. Although not sure, offered to come out and see if they could help, no charge. They arrived the same day within hours, and within about 45 minutes had resolved my problem.

Plumber was very professional and completed all necessary work in a neat manner. One faucet needs a new valve. He didn’t charge for inspecting the faucet as he didn’t have a valve with him.

They gave me an estimate that was much too costly. I did not use this company. If they said that they "Completed the work" then they lied to you. They also keep sending me e. mails offering discounts for plumbing work.

We needed a plumber to replace a part on one of our salon sinks. They were recommended to us by our receptionists who had used them before. The charge was $200 which I thought was quite high. The guy sat in his truck for over 20 minutes on his phone before coming into the salon, so he might have charged us for that. I called the office to complain about the amount or at least have it explained.and the receptionist told me she would have the owner call me back. He never did. No professionalism there. I will NOT recommend this company to anyone, in fact, I have told some of our customers who were looking for recommendations, to NOT call 100% Plumbing.
