Description of Work: Tim arrived at the appointment on time; explained that because it was raining, he would have to drag wet hoses throughout the house, and offered to reschedule the appointment. He was professional and wore paper covers over his shoes and changed them before coming back into the house each time. He did a great job.

Description of Work: I bought the carpet cleaning for $70 online but when th e cleaners came in they said it will cost additional $40 to pre treat the area and then they would not move the furniture; all this was promised when I initially bought the service. Also, they could not get rid of few spots. I would not use them again.

Description of Work: 3 bedroom carpets were pre-treated and cleaned. Master bedroom carpet had grime pattern that was hard to remove. Faint outline pattern remained however equipment eventually pulled only clear liquid from carpet. Felt Technician did best job possible.
