Description of Work: Cleaned a very large area of carpet in our family room, as well as an 8X5 area rug and hall runner - last two were very soiled due to pets. Also added a stain repellant, and assisted with moving furniture around in the family room. Work that was done was excellent, carpets look great, would definitely recommend this company and use them in the future - very professional and right on time. Great experience!

Description of Work: This was the first truly pleasant experience I have ever had with a carpet cleaning company since moving to AZ. Past experience in AZ taught me that there was a great difference between getting your carpets cleaned for the advertised price and the REAL price the company will charge the customer. |I was surprised when I spoke to the AZ XTREME people, I paid extra only for an additional room, and the quoted price (without seeing the property) for the deep cleaning required in several spots in my home. I was NOT CHARGED for moving the lighter furniture, I was NOT CHARGED for putting plastic under the wooden furniture legs. A price was quoted, the job was done for the quoted amount and I became a pleased customer, one who was not "up-charged" to the point of doubling the amount quoted to the amount paid. |Bottom line, the carpets look (almost like) new, the job was done professionally, without machinations we have come to expect from this industry in Arizona. |Without doubt, I plan to use this company again and would certainly recommend them to others.
