Description of Work: Initial work involved about 1000 sq ft. Their method is use of an alkaline spray followed by heavy duty vacuuming through a large 4-in diameter tube. |This did a pretty fair job, but the dirtiest grout lines were not improved much. |I marked the worst grout areas with blue tape, and they came back a few days later and used an acidic spray, again with vacuuming-- over about 200 sq ft. This did help. Overall the work was worthwhile at the Angies sale price (+ 29 for buying & applying some grout sealer-- though that was not repeated after the 2nd touchup treatments). Workers were friendly & professional, just limited by the methodologies.

Description of Work: Arrived on time, confirmed work to be performed, performed cleaning in a very reasonable time frame. Tim is very personable and a great worker/owner. This was the second time they at my home to clean our carpets. Prices are good, work is great, they are great, I will have them back again and again.

Description of Work: I moved into a rental in October. I'd mopped the tile floors numerous times but they still looked bad. Tim came out and spent an hour and a half on them and they are much improved. It was money well spent.
