Very well. The individual was on time and very polite. He saved us money by indicating the air ducts had recently been cleaned and did not need to be cleaned again (we had bought the house the month before from smokers and wanted to make sure we got rid of the tobacco smell) He did say that part of our problem was that the ducts had not been spray coated, and for the price we had paid through Angie's list he went ahead and dusted the ducts out and sprayed them. That along with a complete paint job, took care of the smell.

Love this company. Furniture covering came off during a move and there were black marks from the truck. I have had the furniture cleaned before but it didn't come off. This company did a great job and now the furniture is dried and the marks are gone. He did a great job, explained what he was doing as he went along. After years of hating the furniture this was my last go round or would buy new furniture. I love this furniture so am really happy to have it back! Next will have them clean my carpets. Great job! Am so happy.

Would definitely recommend. They called when they were on their way. Arrived exactly when stated. Explained what they were going to do and got right to it. They also replaced the flexible metal vent from the dryer to the wall. He explained what we had was not to great, which sounds like a line to sell something - but they replaced it for free! Great service

The customer service was absolutely wonderful! They called the day before to confirm, but I had just come down with the flu. The woman I spoke to was so nice and compassionate, they let me reschedule for a later date. The carpets came out great as well.

So pleased with the entire process, from beginning to end. Very professional, courteous, and prompt. Would absolutely recommend them and use them again.

I bought a coupon to have the dryer vent cleaned. The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

The fellow was very friendly. He called to see if he could come early, due to a cancellation. He was apologetic for any inconvenience. He did a great job, gave good instructions regarding drying time; if I could walk on wet carpet without undoing what had been cleaned, etc.

Tim is very hard-working and professional. He worked quickly, and did an excellent job. My carpets looked nice and clean for the holidays.
