Description of Work: 3 carpets cleaned - one was very unsightly due to a previous "cleaning". Tim diagnosed the cause and he corrected the error. Carpet looks great again. Another was a multicolored rug made in another country. He made it look great again with no fading or colors running. The last room was a simple carpet clean. I am very happy with my 3 clean rugs. Tim was an ultimate professional. He listened, did the work well with no problems, is very personable and I will have him again. Making the appointment was professional and follow up was excellent. The cost was very reasonable.
