Tim from Shipley and Sons (AKA AZ Xtreme Clean) showed up promptly and was very personable and professional. After showing him what needed to be done, he very clearly explained any options, but did not try to "up sale" me. The work was done with courtesy, professionalism and promptly. While he was here, I asked him for quote to clean our tile floors and will bring him back to do that work I highly recommend Tim, Shipley and Sons, as well as AZ Xtreme Clean!!

AZ Xtreme Clean performed the work as the subcontractor for Shipley. Tim of Xtreme Clean called to solidify the appointment. He was here timely, surveyed the carpeted area and asked whether I wanted to pretreat the carpet for $40 more. There was no hard sell. He completed the work in a bit more than one hour and was working hard. Very personable fellow. I noticed that the company also offers duct work cleaning and asked if he could determine if I should have that done now or whether it could wait. Tim said it could wait a year or so....honest opinion.

Tim was very professional. He called the night before with an approximate time and then called 1/2 hour before arrival. He also did a very thorough cleaning, checking with me to make sure I was a happy customer. He also told me if there were problems that needed attention after he left to just call him and he would make it right. My carpets looked beautiful and so much better than the last service that I used. Great service and very courteous. I will call them again. Thank you.

We had a simple problem with our air ducts which ended up being a bigger problem than we had thought. Mr. Shipley kept after a solution going far beyond anything we've seen any other contractor do. After he solved the problem he gave us a fair price. Mr Shipley has restored our faith in honest contractors.

I cannot tell you how well the job turned out. They did an amazing job. Very professional, Very timely. They went above and boyond our expectations, The company has a constuction division. I am so impressed with their work that I will definitely call them when I need work done, in the near future.

The tech was friendly and professional. As for the services rendered, I could not be more pleased. I have 3 large dogs, 3 boys at home, and 3 year old carpets.Needless to say, my floors needed some work. The carpets dried quickly and my floors look better than they did when we moved in. The tech was quick and effecient. Overall, I would absolutely recommend shipley and sons to anyone needing carpet, tile, and grout cleaning. Very pleased with the work i had done and the price. I will be calling back in the future for any of my floor cleaning needs.
