They arrived during the scheduled time and walked through the house with me before they started to understand all areas I wanted cleaned. They explained in detail the services they will perform and were in and out very quickly. I had questions about tile grout cleaning as well and they reviewed what they could do if I was interested in the future.

Tim is very knowledgeable and professional. He offered some upgrades for a very reasonable price that I gladly accepted. He didn't try to nickle and dime me to death. Tim was on time and handled his business thoroughly and quickly. A very pleasant experience.

No issues. At the end, one of the ducts wasn't put back in correctly, so I had to redo it. Not a big issue.

Tech arrived promptly, was very pleasant and professional ! He checked out the rooms to be cleaned and when I mentioned my Angie's List Deal I told him I was doing only 3 rooms instead of four because I did not get 4th room prepared and mentioned that I wanted to be sure the carpet in Living Room had attention to the spot near the sofa. He made sure he paid attention to the spot and traffic areas which I appreciated. ( He did charge me an additional $39.00 for stain protector which I had not planned on as I thought it was provided in the original Carpet Cleaning cost.) When he was finished the carpets looked great and he advised me that they would be dry in about 6 hours but they were still wet the next morning. I was a little disappointed that it took a long time for them to dry but was very pleased at how clean they were when dried. I would welcome this Az Xtreme Clean LLC. into my home again for sure. They were professional, pleasant, attentive to my concerns and Carpets were Very Clean when they finished. I recommend this company for sure !! Thank You, Az Xtreme Clean LLC. !!!

-arrived on time -cleaned four rooms for promotional price -i chose to spend an additional $49.99 on a pre treatment but this was not required...meaning there was nothing hidden in the promotional price. -My four rooms are decent sized and he cleaned closet as well (no extra charge) If your carpets are really dirty or dingy would suggest you pay for the pretreatment/deep clean, it was worth it for me 30 day guarantee included I was so happy I hugged the owner as he was leaving. I very highly recommend Xtreme Clean.

Gosh! The carpet looks like new and the tile and grout look awesome. Tim is on time, super professional and really enjoyable to work with. He really knows what he is doing and takes pride in it. It showed with the results of his work. We recently used a Groupon and had the carpet cleaned in our new house. We were so disappointed in the both the results and lack of ethic in the provider. We plan on having Tim come and reclean the carpet and our tile that our Groupon "deal" did so poorly. Thanks to Tim for a great finish to 2015. We wish you and your family the best in the new year.

I have 2 dogs and frequently need to have the rugs cleaned. Excellent job at an excellent price. Will definitely use again.

I misunderstood the deal and thought it included carpet cleaning as well as tile and grout cleaning. I decided to cancel and get refund.

Tim came in and walked through the house with me. He measured the tile and looked at all the rooms with carpet. He asked all about my floors! I told him I was putting the house on the market and I needed everything to look brand new. His response - no problem. Tim's a really nice guy, but some of my carpet had some significant wear spots. I crossed my fingers and hoped he could really do it. Let's just say I crossed my fingers for nothing - Tim didn't need it. When he was done the carpet looked absolutely brand new. The tile and grout looked better than the day it was installed. Tim told me exactly how to care for my floors so they'd continue to look brand new and told me if I found any spots to just call him. He really emphasized that I had a 30 day warranty on everything. It was really comforting to know that he'd be there if I needed him for anything. The floors are gorgeous and I won't use anyone but Shipley and Sons in the future!!!

Steve told us what he would do and proceeded to work quickly. We chose to have additional deep cleaning and sanitizer, for an additional 69.00--we were well satisfied and felt the service was a good value. The only reservation I have is that liquid was put into the wash drain, next to our home, after the service. It didn't seem to be a large amount, but I was concerned as the City of Chandler has restrictions on what can be emptied into the wash area.

Great!! The carpets look new, pet stains completely gone, dirt removed from traffic areas. I'm thrilled with the results. I highly recommend.

I wasn't moved in yet, but everything was nice when I finally got here.

This company needs a lesson in customer service and communication. They messed up the appointment scheduling and are terrible at on-time call-backs and letting customers know the status or the correct ETA of their people at customer locations. Once their technician arrived, everything went fine. He was prompt, courteous, apologetic for the mix-ups and did an excellent job on our floors, and gave us good recommendations on how to fix some grout flaws. If the owners/office management of this company worked the way their technicians did, they'd be much better off.

I received a call from Shipley and scheduled service. Tim came to my house, on time. He cleaned the areas I specified. Since we were from Angie's List they didn't charge extra for the steps - 19 steps, straight up. The quality of the work was top-notch and Tim was very help in helping giving carpet cleaning tips and looking at some trouble-spots I had in the house. I knocked off one overall star mainly because a table was left on the wet carpet that left a stain. I contacted Tim about it and he said he'd come by and re-clean those areas. I've had a hand full of text messages with him about coming back, but, in the end, those areas are still not cleaned. I'll likely try to clean them myself at this point. Still, I'd say my experience was good - just be careful about furniture that may leave paint stains. Don't put those furniture pieces back until the carpet is dry!!! Update: I received a call from Shipley and despite the issue not being their fault, they wanted to help out as best they can.... and they did! Tim came out again and not only cleaned the stains, he also cleaned my sofas -- Wow! Great service!! They'll bend over backwards to help you out. In fact, Tim stated that if the stains aren't completely removed (he put a cleanser down that will break-down the stain over 24-36 hours), to call him to bleach them out. Awesome! Hopefully I'll be ok, but, either way, I'm please with the service I received.

Showed up a few minuets early, very neat and clean. Looked the job over and went right to work . He explained what he could do and what he thought should be done, and he was right. I will call when I need the carpet cleaned again.

We found a winner! Not only was the this best experience we have had with a carpet cleaner but they knew right away about the special care our carpet needed. It started with me having to reschedule 4 times, so sorry, but they were wonderful! The person coming to my home called the night before to confirm that he was coming and a shorter time frame in which he would be here. WOW. Never had that before. When he showed up he asked to see the rooms and was very professional but matched my tone of casual. He did such a great job that we will no longer be looking for anyone else. They were so wonderful that I recommended them to my mom as well. Carpets were clean and with two 100 pound Bloodhounds that is amazing. We plan to use them every 6 months. I will recommend them to all my friends!

Tim Spaulding who did the carpet cleaning was prompt, professional, pleasant and did an excellent job. I will call on Tim again to do my carpet cleaning. I also plan on having Tim return to do my tile cleaning.

They hope you will upgrade when they offer these deals, but I didn't do any add-ons, so it was barebones. But they seemed to do a good job.
