They were perfectly on time, did a great job, and where in and out in less time than expected.

Dont use them. He doesn't do what he is supposed to do. I am very disappointed.

The young man was prompt, professional, courteous, respectful of my furnishings and caring about my carpet. He addressed the stains in the carpet that I pointed out and made sure that they were attended to properly. He went about his work and did not stop until he was finished and had my final review and approval. I was very pleased with him, his work and the company he represents. I will most definitely use AZ Extreme Clean again & highly recommend.

They were offering an Angie list deal for air duct cleaning. I scheduled it online. Less than an hour later I got a friendly phone call from Tiffany. She said they had a cancellation and would I like to have my service performed sooner than I indicated. Unheard of, I am usually begging to get "service" providers here sooner! I scheduled my appt., they promised an enroute phone call and I actually got one from Tim. He was so great and super helpful, giving us money saving tips for future maintenance. He was just great, could not of been more considerate, patient or professional. This company exemplifies what it means to be in a service based field by offering great, courteous, and timely service. Many other service companies could learn from them. I would recommend them without a moments hesitation.

AZ Xtreme Clean is a terrific family owned business. We scheduled them to deep clean our carpets and tile/grout. I was very pleased, upon speaking with Tiffany, with how accommodating she was to our schedule. We were faced with a deadline with our remodeling at our rental property and had scheduled multiple contractors the day of our cleaning. Our cleaning technician Tim was very understanding of the our crowded work environment and continued as scheduled. We have never had our grout cleaned before other than basic mopping. Once Tim completed the deep cleaning on our grout, it looked brand new. He continued on to our bedrooms to deep clean our carpets. Upon completion, the carpets looked immaculate. Prior to finishing up, I expressed concern about our carpet separating from our tile at our bedroom entry ways. Without hesitation, Tim grabbed his tool out of his truck and fixed it at no additional cost. The finish product of the entire house was very impressive. Without a doubt, I would recommend and use AZ Xtreme Clean any day.

Tim & Tiffany run a fantastic business! They responded promptly via email when I purchased my deal through Angie's List, and Tiffany was friendly & helpful when she called to schedule my appointment. Tim called an hour before his arrival, & he was also very polite, knowledgeable, & helpful. And...my carpeting looks fantastic!

Cleaned three rooms of carpet. We bought the Angies List $69 special and upgraded to "Deep" cleaning for another $29. We're giving an A rating because we are satisfied this far - it will all ultimately depend on whether or not stains "return" in 3-45 days, etc. We're hoping the stains they removed STAY removed.

This service went very well. Explained things and took the time to do a thorough job. We will definitely use him again.

They were fantastic. We have a little puppy that has had a few accidents not only did they do an amazing job they gave us pointers on what to use on a move forward basis that will not harm our expensive rugs. They were so nice and we will definitely be using them again! Such professionals they cleaned our entire home in less than an hour and it was dry in two hours!

They arrived timely, were professional and neat, cleaned all the construction debris (gut renovation of kitchen, dining room on 1st floor and master bath on 2nd, plus all new flooring throughout) out of my two heat pump systems. They also cleaned out my dryer vent, which my contractor had told me he had done, but had not; it was nearly clogged and could have caused a fire. Nice to know that we are breathing clean air again. Well worth the money. I would definitely hire them again. They week after, I thought I had an issue related to the cleaning, they were incredibly responsive, which helped me to find the actual problem with an air handler even though it had nothing to do with their services.

This carpet cleaning went smoothly in every way! Tim was punctual, courteous, professional, fast and thorough on this cleaning job. I was even more impressed from the beginning with Tim because I used to clean carpets professionally for another company, Service Master. Tim did a better job than I could have done on the 5 years of added soil, stains, etc. The truck mount equipment and pre-conditioner/cleaner he uses for the carpets is the best! There is no better way to clean carpets than his techniques. Another thing I really appreciated is how fair and honest Tim is with the AZXtreme Clean business. There is no pressure or up-sale of jobs - just nothing but straight-forward excellent carpet cleaning at a value price. I highly recommend Tim Spaulding and this company! I received calls from Tiffany promptly to set up the service after buying. Leading up to the appointment I received two reminder calls, one the day before and one the morning of the service. Tim arrived within the time window. Tim was professional and thorough. He explained what he was going to do, approximately how long it was going to take and then got to work. He went above beyond to explain what he found even showing us pictures. He also resealed the lines he removed and checked our drainage pan to make sure it was in good shape. He cleaned up after himself and left everything in order. Very impressed wth Tim's approach, professionalism but most importantly his thoroughness in explaining the process and what he was doing. Everything was done to our satisfaction. Thank You

The owner and assistant came on time, called first as requested. They introduced themselves. both were very polite and courteous. They explained everything they were going to do, and answered all of our questions. They took great pains to be careful with our furniture, walls everything. They moved all pieces of furniture that wasn't containing glass, or too heavy to be moved. All the upholstery and carpeting was vacuumed first, then pre-treated, steam cleaned and then scotch-guarded. They moved the furniture back where they were originally, asked if there were any areas that we felt weren't done to our satisfaction. We were billed at their quoted price, with nothing extra added or tacked on. We are very satisfied with the job they did and would recommend them and will to others.

Not only did Tiffany confirm our appointment the day before service was to be completed, Tim provide a courtesy call 30 minutes prior. And when he arrived, he explained his process which is very thorough. Some air duct cleaning companies will not go into the attic to check the air handler and instead will only clean from the vents. Tim checked air flow, cleaned all the ductwork and then did a smoke test to make sure that we didn't have any leaks. As I said, he is very thorough. And not once did he try to upsell any services. It's so refreshing to work with a company (and it's owners) who are honest and ethical. We will definitely have Tim back again as soon as all of the renovations are completed.

They were on time. The only thing I had with them was they were in and out pretty fast. I know it's a discounted price. He did the floors but he was kind of in a hurry. The carpeting was pretty well-cleaned. He was a nice and pleasant guy but he was in and out so fast. He wanted to sell me another package for about $30. I didn't buy it because I thought it was a little high for what he was going to do. I think I would use them but it's hard to say.

The service was okay. They had to return because something went wrong and everything was not clean. I had to pay and additional amount. They did not really clean the floor. They did all the work and then I leaned down with my handy dandy toothbrush and cold water and got it cleaner, and then he said something when he came back. The second time they came, it was clean, the first time it just wasn't. I would tell them to get it done the first time. They are very nice though.

Bought the deal for the vent cleaning. Used same company for carpet cleaning in a rental in the recent past. He did an awesome job there. Same thing with the vent cleaning and he totally sorted out why i had carpet like fluff blowing through the vents. there was a hole in the duct which he took a picture of and offered to fix and had the correct tool to do the job. very reasonable surcharge for that and the disinfectant. Hard working good people. Thanks!

"AMAZING!" I purchased a package on Angie's List and when they came out to do the job and recognized that my vents looked clean, they offered other services in exchange, no extra fees. I am highly satisfied and will be using AZ ExtremeClean for future services.

Our carpets have never been cleaner! The price was so low I couldn't believe it. The business is run like a swiss clock. Now that I see how inexpensive the cleaning was I will be using them to clean our carpets several times a year. I am so happy I finally found a carpet cleaner that not only does a great job but is affordable.
