Very well. The floors, kitchen, dining room and family room were pretreated then cleaned. The result was amazing, big difference on high traffic areas.

Jeremy, came to my home on time and informed me that he was the serviceman from AZ Xtreme Clean. I told him that I had a smaller number of vents to be cleaned on the other side of the house in addition to the ones I requested. He told me that he did not clean the individual vents. He only cleaned the central air flow systems. Next, he asked where the units were located. I told him that each one was located in the attic on different sides of the house. He also said there would be an additional charge for the other unit, which I agreed to pay. He began his cleaning process in my wife's closet, which is where the attic is located for the first unit he cleaned. I showed him where it was located, and he brought in his ladder and a long vacuum hose that extended from his truck to the attic. In order to enter the attic, he had to use a ladder to climb into it. The ladder that he used was, too short from my perspective. And, he was a short person also. I mentioned to him that I had a taller ladder that he could use, however, he insisted that he could get into the attic without any difficulty. So I left him to attend to his tasks, because I was busy do something in my home. He finished his tasks and presented me with an invoice for $130.00. I wrote him a check and thanked him for his service. He left and I continued the tasks that I was working on. Later that afternoon when my wife came home from work, she went to the bedroom. A few minutes later, she came out and asked me to come with her, because she wanted me to see something. She opened the door to her closet and I was shocked with what I saw. The entire left side of her closet was on the floor. All of her clothes, shoes, etc. The shelf was detached from the wall and the rod that held her clothes was broken in half and on the floor of the closet. I called AZ Xtreme Clean the next day to inform them about what happened but no one was there, so I left a voicemail explaining it. Later that morning, I received a call from Jeremy saying he was sorry and was it something he could fix. I sent him a picture of the closet that I had taken on my cellphone. I told him that I didn't think he could fix it. I suspect what happened was that he was short in stature and used a ladder that was too short, he stepped on the shelf in the closet to help lift himself into the attic or when he stepped out of the attic. His weight pulled the shelf's support system away from the wall and it later collapsed.

OK. Lots of time spent with units in ceiling, but all of my vents are still caked with dirt and dust, so I'm not sure how their "cleaning" service worked. We've had this service done before and all of the ducts were covered and the entire system was blown out, and vents cleaned. I guess my expectations were wrong.

I cancelled service and received refund of fee, after I determined carpet was beyond saving .... needed to be replaced, not cleaned.

Amazing customer service, very professional. Great price. I bought the deal on Angie's list for one unit duct cleaning $129 and paid additional for the second and the dryer vent.

The worker was very pleasant and nice. The job was satisfactory and I have no problem with the work. However, he broke a plate and was very apologetic and said to send him the invoice and he will take care of it. It is $150.00 plate. I called and talked with Tiffany who I believe is the owner of the company. She said to send the invoice and she would pay for the broken plate. I sent the invoice via USPS and have not heard back at all. I called and left a voice mail and have not heard back from the company at all.

Great! Jeremy was extremely polite and professional. He answered my questions and also provided me with requested estimates for tile, carpet and vent cleaning in my house. I plan on using this company (and Jeremy) for all of these services. He did the job and made sure no mess left behind. As I am very fussy, this review says a lot about this company.

Excellent Service. Called and scheduled the appointment right away. Arrived during time frame promised (called 20 minutes out), performed the work quickly and left. This is my second time using this company and both times the service and price were both excellent. I recommend.

We moved to a new home and wanted to get our air vents cleaned out. He did a great job with the air vents and also cleaned out our dryer vent. He showed up on time and was very friendly, We were very satisfied with the quality of work provided. We would use them again.

Services were performed very well. Cleaned the lint out of my dryer and around as well as patched a hole in my dryer tube at no extra cost. Have utilized their services again.

Chair really good. Carpet also. Had to ask young man to return furniture to room. Had to use one of my towels. Then he found one in his truck Also had to ask him to put plastic protectors under legs of chairs,etc. That should automatically come with the service. The young man was nice but maybe needs more experience.

Tim did a terrific job. Also friendly and courteous. Most importantly he did a great job for a fair price. Very satisfied and I'll use his company next year.

It went very well. They did a nice job. The pricing was pretty reasonable.

Did not go that good, from what I was expecting from a vent cleaning service. Service man got the bottom but not the sides nor the top. My house is old with square flat metal duct work. I like to describe to my situation to service providers before I purchase service to see if I qualify. I added the $30.00 sanitizing offered but was disappointed to see all it was only a spray bottle misted into filter return with the fan running. Service man left a mess under each vent in each room I had to cleanup after he left

Got an email from Tim soon after purchasing the deal on Angie's List, then scheduled with Tiffany the next day. Tiffany also called the day before the scheduled date to confirm the cleaning. Jeremy called before arriving at the house and was very polite and courteous. He did a great job cleaning the ducts and vents. Would definitely hire them again when I have ducts cleaned!!

WOW! AZ XtremeClean did an exceptional job. They were professional, thorough and reasonably priced. We are very happy with the results and will use them again. We definitely recommend them!!!

They did a fine job cleaning the tile, there were a few spots they couldn't get out but overall I was pleased with the service. Very personable. Flexible, There were some spots they couldn't get out but they weren't satisfied so they came back the next day to touch them up but they still couldn't get them out. They told us to call them if we had any issues but I haven't had time to call them out to touch up those spots yet. Overall they did an excellent job, they were timely, polite, in and out, quick to respond, quick to clean. They also provide a plethora of other jobs too. So they can clean carpet and upholstery too.

This whole job went very well. Very professional service. Left our condo sparkling clean. Very efficient and courteous. I would recommend them to friends and family. Very pleased with their work and the cost of their service.

Technician expalined process and gave me some good informtion about the kind of rug that I have. This was a "special", but for one 8x10 rug, the price seemed a bit high. Maybe I am just not aware of what is being charged these days.
