Professional, very nice and friendly. Got a quote for getting tile sealed as I realized they do that too - quote was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend.

He's been out twice to clean my system. He comes right away each time, checks over everything, tells me exactly what he's going to do, and always cleans up everything!

Tiffany called to set up appointment. That went smooth. Jeremy came out to do the work, he set up the work area and started, took out a lot of lint. He explained how my vent system worked and that it goes in the wall and then up at a 90 degree angel. He did what he could do with what he had. Since we got all of it this time, I will have him come back every year. Then after he got all cleaned up we were talking about other types of service he can preform and we decided he will come back and clean my tile floors in the spring. All in all great service and like I said I will hire the company again. I had nothing to complain about and I am a picky person.

The service turned out perfectly. They did an excellent job. They worked for me in the past through Angie’s List. I was happy to have them come back. They are great, excellent. It took them an hour to complete the work. The price was very reasonable. Their response was immediate. I have no issues with them. They were prompt and efficient. They did what I paid for. It is a very good company.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I bought an Angie's List Big Deal. They were great about scheduling, even though we had difficulties connecting by phone. They called several times (we had a family emergency and I kept missing their calls) so they reached out to me by email which worked much better, and we were able to schedule a date and time. They showed up exactly when scheduled. Jeremy (the tech) called ahead of time, gave an approximate arrival time, and was at our home when he said he would be. I wasn't home at the time, so my husband was the one who dealt with him. Jeremy explained what he would be doing and kept my husband informed during the visit. Our home is 20 years old, and I doubt that the dryer vent had ever been cleaned. Jeremy extracted an "enormous" amount of lint and said that he was amazed that our dryer was even working, or worse, that we hadn't had a fire. He said he had never seen so much lint! He cleaned up and was on his way in a little over a half hour. Unfortunately, we discovered later that our dryer, which had been working just fine before the vent cleaning, now was not drying clothes. So I called AZ Xtreme Clean the following day and left a message. Jeremy called within the hour and agreed to come back that same day. This time I was home and after discussing the issue with Jeremy, we agreed that the cleaning earlier in the week had possibly still left lint which was now completely clogging the vent. He went to work and again extracted another "enormous" amount of lint. He worked from both the outside of the house and the inside, and he wouldn't leave until he tested the dryer and could feel the blowing air coming from the outside vent. Jeremy was professional and explained what he was doing and why, every step of the way. I appreciate his coming back to our home so quickly and not charging us for the second visit. I've already recommended AZ Xtreme Clean to one of my neighbors, and she's calling them today to have her vents cleaned!

It went Great. They were punctual and there on the date I needed them. They were flexible and the whole experience was good.

Jeremy arrived on time with a 20 minute call ahead of time. He was polite and professional. The rug and carpet look great so far although they are still damp! I would highly recommend.

Something was wrong with his equipment and he was nice enough to come back to redo the floors but they didn't look any better than if we had done them ourselves. Grout didn't look any different either. He was a very nice technician and I wish I could give him a better rating, but the end result wasn't very good, unfortunately.

Service was very quick and thorough and the technician showed my the debris he found. However, my laundry room floor was pretty dirty after he left. But the work he came to do was great.

Half the grout was not cleaned. I've had grout cleaned before and it was sparkling, this was a hit or miss job. Would not hire again.

There was a residue of dirt on the bottom of the main ducts.

Everything went well. We had never had the ducts cleaned before. What a difference! The air smelled great!

Tile grout and tile looks very good now. about 80% of the grout was able to get back to very white color. Extra $49 paid for an emulsifier to help clean, not part of $89 package. Results worth it. A 2nd cleaning will likely get closer to 100% like new condition.
