Tim came as promised and did a fabulous job. Spent extra time on removing some stains. We have had him come back since then and he cleaned our tile.

A pleasure to work with. I chose to pay a small upcharge for a deep cleaning pre-treatment due to some pet odors, however it was more than reasonable and they never tried to hard sell me on things I didn't need. I've already hired them back for additional services that were not part of the Angie's deal.

Did great job of lifting stains. Assured us if anything came back he'd come back to work on it again. Great customer service We had Tim's company clean our tile and grout shortly after we moved here. We ended up hiring Tim to clean our tile again since we had a few spills on the grout over the last three years. Everything came out great! Thanks Folks!.

This company moved most furniture, unlike most companies I called. They charge by the room and not the sq. footage of the room. What would have been called 4 rooms by other companies was really two large rooms. I was pleased with their work and would call them again.

I had been wanting to do this for awhile. So when I saw there was an Angie's List sale, I took the opportunity to have the duct work cleaned in both zones cleaned. The serviceman was professional and took the time to tell and show me what he was doing. I was surprised that the duct work was cleaner than I expected. It had never been cleaned, so I was expecting it would look like the before pictures in the ads (with contaminants and debris growing in it). I'm not sure how much it will help, but I guess it can't hurt. The pricing was fair and I was also given a quote for grout and furniture cleaning that was lower than companies that I had used in the past.

The service was performed as requested. The provider arrive on time. Then he went in the attic and completed the job. We also discussed other services that are available. I am glad we got this done.

WOOF. It's been a long time since I've experienced such seamless customer support and apropos communication. Initially, I was communicated to by T****** ... just enough (but not too much) to know everything I needed to before the technical expert arrived. Then, I was stunned (it's been a while) by the flawless communication shown to me by this expert. He called to alert me ahead of his arrival, giving me an "approximate" time he anticipated showing up. Well, he hit it on the nose (talk about expectation management!!!!!!). This expert technician not only knew what he was doing (again, sad to say, but it's been a while), but he was actually has a personality not found on a telephone robot person! Believe it or not. He talked to/proactively engaged me; he smiled; he respected my "things" and we agreed how to work around them; he completed the job with alacrity and the rooms were extremely well done. The proverbial 'nail on the coffin' was that fact that he didn't scare my little dog (aka, he didn't walk in leading with ego, behaving like his presence was doing me a favor (don't want to be repetitive, but it's been a while, and he wasn't perceived by my doggie (as many folks providing me technical expertise) like some sort of cross between Frankenstein and "The Alien." The process went extremely well and the result exceeded my requirements. The treatment I received from this entire organization was amazing and beyond what I've become used to -- I wasn't ignored; I wasn't talked down to; I wasn't over-promised yet under-delivered; I was treated in an old-fashioned (yet remarkably pertinent) way -- "do unto others as you would have them do unto you." Couple that with extraordinary communication AND fantastic skills in tackling carpets that should have been retired after WWII -- what more can any customer ask. 5 stars isn't a high enough rating for the folks. If you have a similar need, cut the research and trust me -- not only won't this group let you down ... I suspect they'll delight you with their technical knowledge and good, old-fashioned people skills. And you'll get to see the Golden Rule in action. Believe it or not!\ :-) sue

We ordered the four-room special, but because we only needed two rooms done, they gave us the deluxe service with a pre-treatment deep clean, sanitizing and Scotch Guard. He was in and out in less than 90 minutes. Totally professional, on-time and reliable.

Excellent results .. carpets look great. Jeremy came on time, did a professional and thorough job in each room of carpeting cleaned. We are very pleased with the results and will definitely use their service again.

I informed the employee that I had a dog that had a weak stomach and they she vomited on the carpeting in several places. Of course he offered to add other chemicals to get the stains out, but I declined as I didn't want to pay more for chemicals I didn't need. I saw after he cleaned that the stains were still there, but I chose not to have the extra chemicals and expense. I'm happy overall, as my carpets are clean now. I would recommend their services.

I purchased the duct cleaning package service from Angie’s List and Tiffany called me on the same day to schedule it. Tim called me on the scheduled day and told me when he would arrive. Tim was very professional and personable. He checked out my home and explained what needed to be done. He worked quickly and efficiently cleaning up after himself as he went. Tim even added a dryer vent cleaning. The entire transaction, from ordering to completion, was smooth and satisfying. I highly recommend AZ Xtreme Clean. I plan on having Tim back to clean my tile and grout.

If I could give an A++ rating on everything I would. I have never received such amazing service at such a fair price!! I will never use anyone else for any of the amazing services that AZ Extreme Clean offers.

The technician was excellent. He was right on time. He was super thorough. He was very courteous. His work ethic was really great. It was a really good experience. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They had to make a return trip to finish the job. The person who showed up was unaware that the coupon called for sealing the floor tile as well; wasn't on his work order. Clarified it with the office, and they came out the next day to complete the service

went well, he ran the pressure spray twice because he wasn't satisfied with the result only running it once. Turned out well.

The representative was professional, punctual, friendly, and explained what he was doing throughout the process. He missed a couple of vents in the bathrooms, but the bulk of the work cleaned within the condo, so I'm not sure that necessarily impacted the cleaning process. I recommend you make sure you count the vents, and make sure they are all cleaned.

Went well. The house was vacant so I wasn't there for most of it. There was a period of concern when I went back the next day and all the carpets were bubbling up and I was concerned that I might have to have someone come in and restretch them. However, after fully drying they tightened up again. I would have appreciated a heads up on this.

I knew what services I wanted when I called and received prices, however, Jeremy was great in surveying what needed to be done, reviewing prices and giving me options ( no pressure). Jeremy took care with hoses not marking newly painted walls, and there were no marks on baseboards, he did a great job of being careful. The results of the carpet cleaning were great. I am pretty picky on work I pay to have done and the attitude of the people who do the work. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will use their services again.
