When we first moved into our mountain home, we arrived during a snow storm and the pipes were split and leaking everywhere! Charlie's staff came out right away and fixed the leak, and then we had them replace our old plumbing with Pex Pipe to prevent freezing problems. The entire re--plumbing work was done in ONE DAY and it was done RIGHT. Never had a frozen pipe or a leak, ever again after they did the work.

An elk stepped on and crushed the old orangeburg pipe feeding the leach field. I'm embarrassed to say I waited 3 months for the low-ball estimate plumber who kept saying he'd be out "tomorrow". Finally called Wrangler Plumbing, spoke with Charlie Hall and his guys showed up the SAME day and had the pipe replaced within several hours. Everything was done excellently. They even installed an access port so I can bypass the septic tank to treat the leach field with copper sulfate (kill roots). Highly recommend.

I think our city must be the slab leak capital of the planet! Wrangler Plumbing sent 2 men at the agreed upon time. They were polite and professional. Offending area was easily determined, and cutting into the wall was done neatly and cleanly. Water was off for a minimum of time to accomplish both jobs. I have a high comfort level with this company.

Installation of faucet and garbage disposal were professionally installed. Everything was cleaned up after the job was completed. He made sure we had no leaks and that everything worked before leaving.

septic pumping, only pumped over flow not the tank or the solid matter, called out twice in 2 days, same thing!!

Terrible! The bill was simply outrageous. There was no guarantee on 50 dollar hose bib nor a break on 95 dollar labor charge. Add in a 5 dollar fuel charge and you have a company that looks only to exploit the retired population in this area. Newcomers beware!
