 + -1 moreI was looking for a roofing company to give an estimate for a new roof on the condominium building where I reside. I called Taylor Roofing twice hoping someone would call me back. I even gave this company several weeks to call me back; I know that companies get busy. I haven't received a phone call back in over three weeks. I have to get my roof fixed and was told that this was a good company to call. I will never know how well they do their job. All I needed was a call back.
Description of Work: There was no work done because I could never get a phone call back from this company.

 + -1 moreNeeded new roof. SP called back immediately, started job immediately. "Performed in an excellent way." Job was completed twice as fast as consumer expected. "These guys are great."
Description of Work: Removed 2 layers of old roofing. Patched roof. Placed new shingles on roof. Cleaned up every day.

Description of Work: We received only an estimate from Taylor Roofing. They were very prompt and very professional. We ended up going with someone else but would recommend Taylor Roofing.

 + -1 moreIt looks great. Brian was on time, was accurate in terms of how long it would take, him and his crew cleaned up after the project was complete and we are very pleased with the finished product.
Description of Work: We needed to have our roof replaced and Brian Taylor came out to do the estimate; first time in March and again in June 2010. Each time he answered all of our questions, was very responsive, and gave us options for the repair. We decided to go over our existing shingles for better insulation and Brian said that if we did that we should do the corners so you won't see any added thickness.
