Description of Work: Removed old ac & furnace and replaced with brand new at my residence. Overall, very good experience. Good work, good product, good price, good service. My very small & tiny complaint is that the metal cabinet that went inside my home (housing the A-coil, heater, blower & filter) was installed slightly crooked & slightly protruding (the old unit was aligned & flush with the wall). The drywall trim around the perimeter also got a little roughed up. A slight eyesore, but minor in the greater scheme of it all. The system does work well and I like the upgraded thermostat they included.

He was polite and courteous and he let me know what the problem was right away. Also looked at my fireplace and found the problem with that and fixed it. Very happy with this company and would call them again.

The company has been servicing my furnace and swamp cooler for three years. They have kept and old system up and running well. They are very patient and willing to answer questions.

 + -1 moreI wouldn't refer them to anyone. They ruined a lot of my landscaping while installing a new Train central air unit. The supervisor inspected the work after it was done and a major part of the install was left out that would have prevented my unit from working. They also promised an electrical thermostat and tried to back out on their word and not give me the thermostat. I insisted they keep their word and eventually they decided they would give me the thermostat as promised. They never called or checked in to follow up after the work was done to make sure everything was working properly and efficiently.
