+ -1 moreThe kept in touch with us and communicated well. Overall they did a good job, I just felt the cost was way to high for what they did.
Description of Work: Over the summer, came once a week to house to make sure no leaks, flush toilets, check landscaping.

+ -1 moreSplendid. We have not spent much time in Payson since, but fully plan to use them again soon. They also can do repairs -just a great couple.
Description of Work: Cleaned house fully, and RESTORED a bathroom that had been really abused by a tenant - calcite buidlup, really messed up tile and grout - looked amazing when they were done.

+ -1 moreThey arrived early, just before 9 which was their scheduled time. They were done at 1:30 p.m., having taken no break, working continuously and efficiently. They cleaned the downstairs bathroom that had been seriously neglected - getting off the calcite and soap buildup, and restoring it to looking like new. We were more than impressed.
Description of Work: Pamela and David cleaned our 3400 sq. foot home with its high ceilings and multi-surfaced floors - working tirelessly for 9 person hours (4.5 hours elapsed time) until it absolutely gleamed. We asked several of our neighbors in Chaparral Pines about who they used for housecleaning, and most either were dissatisfied or with the person they were using, or simply no longer had anyone helping them. Many asked us to call them if we found a good service. I think Pamela and David will be a great resource to our community.
