Description of Work: They replaced an AC/Heat Pump unit which died on one of our church buildings. My bid request included a new thermostat which was 7 day programmable and could also run heat strips. This required a little more doing on their part, and I did have to chase after them a bit to get everything right, but they did take care of everything promptly, and at an excellent price. I'm very happy with the new unit I received and it is all working great.

Description of Work: He gave us the estimate and showed up on time. He was supposed to start work on Tues or Thurs the following week and did not show up or call. I called him and he said he had a family emergency and would be here the following week. His men came in on time but when they pulled out the old furnace they put gouges in the linoleum floor. Herm stopped by to look at the floor and said we would talk the next day. Again he never showed up, we have not used our system yet so hope that there are no issues when we have to use it.

Description of Work: Weather got hot enough to use the Air Conditioner but nothing happened. Called them up and they came out and discovered the main circuit borad was not wired up to the A/C (due to earlier repair by another company). Had it fixed and working in just a few hours.

 + -1 moreI'll continue to use them. They were very good and easy to get an appointment. They showed up on time, they were very quick and I didn't have to call them back to do anything - they did it all right the first time. I'll use them until the screw up. I was very happy with the experience, they were easy to work with. When the AC went out they came right out. It was 100 degrees inside the house.
Description of Work: H & H Heating & Cooling did my AC and heating. They fixed my AC a year ago (they replaced the conductor) and prepped my heating for the winter, it is a gas furnace so the cleaned the lines and fired it up to make sure it was all hooked up and running quickly.
