 + -1 moreMy only problem, really, with these guys is that they started by replacing the most expensive component first. In the end, when it "appeared" everything was working, we discovered the thermostat was not working properly. If they had replaced that first, just to be sure, I would have had no problem with the rather large bill to replace most of the electronics in the furnace. They claimed that a power surge had cooked everything. This is definitely possible, but I'm not convinced. Oh and the thermostat they gave us was a unit kicking around in the back of their truck and was filthy. After they left I had to remove the cover so I could clean it properly. Positives were that they were professional, very courteous and they did show up the same day and ahead of schedule. And, let me be clear, they DID fix the problem and everything has been fine since then.
Description of Work: Hot air furnace started and ran but the blower did not so furnace kept recycling without heating the house. They came out the same day and fixed the problem over 2 more days.
