Description of Work: He serviced our swamp cooler and replaced our doggie door...not taking final payment because parts were missing. Although not his fault, final payment wasn't required until the missing parts arrived.

+ 2 moreSteve is a roofer, carpenter, painter, handyman and does an excellent job on all of them. He is always there when he says he will be, on time and never complains if asked to do something extra. He worked without supervision at a property that contains many valuable items and was trusted with keys to the gate, house and garage. I would recommend highly for any position. FSR
Description of Work: Re-roofed mobile 28 ft. x 65 ft., re-roofed garage 24 ft. x 26 ft., painted trim and porch 65 ft. each (2). Painted and replaced fascia on the garage, painted the garage, moved furniture from both porches and replaced when completed, painted all trim on mobile.
