"I cannot say enough about Aaron Schwarder and Schwarder Construction. We bought a home that had not been updated since 1964. Plumbing included. Aarons crews redid both baths and the kitchen. Beautiful bright Carrera look tile, white counter tops, beadboard, wainscoting. New light and plumbing fixtures. Kitchen went from dark and cave like with fluorescent lights in plexiglass recessed ceiling thing, to raised ceiling, high end appliances, beadboard cabinets and an open to the dining room floor plan. Aaron was not satisfied with the cabinet surfaces and repainted them himself. All custom cabinets. Very important to me is the comfort level of having people working in my home. It can be awkward, to say the least. Aaron's guys are very respectful and always clean up at the end of the day, even if they are coming back in the morning. They were very careful not to let the animals escape. Recently I called the home depot pro desk with some questions about installing a new entry door and the first name they gave me was Schwarder Construction. I was raised to believe that a man's word is his worth. You can take Aaron at his word. 5 stars only because you cannot rate higher."

"Martin Estrada was very professional and did an amazing job installing our sink into our island counter top. He and his assistant were on time and did an excellent job. I had a very had time finding someone who would do this particular job and we were lucky enough to find him. I would definitely hire him again"

"Antelope springs basically took on the job of finishing my house. All the guys that came to my house, including sub contractors were awesome and professional. I am very picky so I do see things that weren't completed the way I would (paint). However every time I asked for something they bent over backwards to make it happen. This was a difficult remodel because we were living in the house while even the walls had to be installed. They worked around us and were very patient when we were in the way or had family here. John, Curtis, Robin and yes Larry too :) were just great to work with. Thank you Paul for everything you have helped me with too."

He was on time (early the first day) and removed malfunctioning smoke alarms then returned when i had purchased replacement alarms and installed them. He is professional, efficient and exact in his work. Everything was done with excellent quality. In addition, Jesse is friendly and helpful throughout the process. Fred Aziz is the owner (General Contractor ROC# 350558). Fred is personable, communicates well, timely (keeps his project schedule commitments), affordable, and, most importantly, produces top quality results. We were fortunate to find Fred after interviewing several contractors for a major renovation project on a home we recently purchased in Hassayampa. Fred is very â hands-on,â completing most of the work himself (i.e., very few, if any, subs). He frequently updates you on progress and seeks your input on materials and design considerations. Fred is relatively new to the Prescott area (having been here about one year), but he is not new to construction. He has years of experience, including running his own business in Thousand Oaks, CA. I canâ t think of anything Fred isnâ t capable of handling. He has a wide array of talents and skills. "I was so happy to find Sierra and Gary (Country Carpenter). A great husband and wife team that were amazing. They showed up on time, prepared with their tools and ready to work. They were very accomidating with their schedule. They installed 3 large doggy doors, Assembled and installed 3 large outdoor kennels and 3 large indoor kennels. We were very pleased with how they all turned out. They were sure to understand exactly what we needed and where to place everything. They made some suggestions on the installations to ensure we had what was needed for the dogs and functionality. They were genuinely concerned for what would be best for the dogs. We definitely plan to hire them again for any of our other future projects."
