We went to Tallahassa with a day and half to find a house for our daughter who is taking a job in Jan after graduation. This was explained to the sales person who showed us a house that we loved for our daughter. She said no one else has put in a offer and it is first come first served. 6 pm we left she was to send the contract which she did but then she said oh there is going to be another offer. We will let you know who wins best offer, which we increased. Next morning we get a text now there is third offer and we will let you know by 5 pm. I called Mary our sales person and explained we are very stressed and finding this not proffessional or kind to all parties involved and please let us know as soon as possible because we have to drive five hours back home tonight. We had to call her at 5:30 and she said she is now opening her computer. Nothing until 6:30pm, I find this behavior unprofessional, mean and rude to other human beings! I told Mary and she sent an email stating that resales can wait two to three days to respond, so I imagine we should find ourselves lucky.

The company as I whole I was pleased with, it was just a few representatives that left a bad taste in my mouth. I am pleased with my home.

OVERALL, I HAD REALLY NICE, PLEASANT NEW HOME & CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE. I VIEWED THE MODELS & LOTS AVAILABLE AT THIS COMMUNITY (PINELAKE ESTATES), & PURCHASED A 4-BEDROOM, 2 & A HALF BATH HOME. THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS TYPE OF PURCHASE, BEING ABLE TO PICK OUT WHAT I WANTED FROM THE INITIAL EXTRAS TO THE CARPET TILE, PAINT, CABINETS, FIXTURES, POOL & LANDSCAPE. I WAS ABLE TO DO IT THE WAY I WANTED TO WHICH MADE IT FUN. IT TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN ORIGINALLY PROJECTED BUT IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT. FROM START TO THE FINISH & WITH EACH STEP & CONTACT ALONG THE WAY, I WAS KEPT WELL INFORMED OF THE PROGRESS & IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS I WAS GIVEN ANSWERS OR EXPLANATIONS & TIME FRAMES.

OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP HAS BEEN VERY PROMPT AND HELPFUL. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS GREAT IN SOME AREAS AND LACKING IN OTHERS, BUT OUR REP HAS FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH THE THINGS THAT HAVE NEEDED TO BE DONE, FOR THE MOST PART.

NOT AS GOOD AS I HOPED THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN CONSIDERING HOW BIG OF A COMPANY THEY ARE. JUST AVERAGE WORKMANSHIP; REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE QUALITY OF WINDOWS THEY PUT IN. EVEN THOUGH THEY'VE HAD MANY COMPLAINTS THEY CONTINUE TO USE THE SAME MANUFACTURER. EXTERIOR PAINTING IS SUB-PAR DUE TO NOT LETTING THE STUCCO CURE.

THEY DID A DECENT JOB, AND GOT IT DONE ON TIME. THEY ARE VERY SLOW GETTING BACK WITH CONSUMERS FOR THE PUNCH LIST PROBLEMS. THEY ARE ALSO POOR COORDINATING FOR CONTRACTORS TO DO THEIR WORK.
