I had a leak around a sliding window; he found the problem, tested the spot to make sure he was fixing the right thing, then fixed and painted the area. I am pleased with the repair quality, responsiveness in his communications, and fair price. I would recommend him to anyone and plan to use him for more work in the future.

Over charge, Take 3-4 times longer than he promise and unable to finish. I have to tell him stop where he is and leave it to my other professional.He became very angry and talking loud.
