Amy and Bill made sure the job was done completely and beautifully, on time, at a reasonable price. I was amazed at the difference before/after. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and again. They went above and beyond. Nice people, too! They obviously care about their work.

I was not aware that the team would not be using a lift and as such the majority of our tree trunks are now damaged. We wanted the trucks to have cut edges and not smooth and now many have both smooth and cut edges. Once the edges are cut smooth they cannot be fixed. In addition, the ladder caused damage in the middle of the tree trunks. The use of ladders should have been disclosed during the walk around. We won’t be using your services again.

I had a pleasant experience with Bill, the estimator, and the price for the work was competitive, but I chose to use another contractor because of a slightly better price and an earlier date for service. I would call them again for an estimate, based on my initial experience.

They did an excellent job thinning and cutting back branches over hanging the roof and removing all the dead branches. They did a good job cleaning up after as well.

Their crew is very efficient and work well together. Bill works with the homeowner in planning the job. Palm shaving is messy but they have it down to an art and clean it all up quickly. Will hire again.

The guys arrived on time and got right down to work. The stump was supposed to also be ground down that day but the grinder they had with them wasn't working. They had to go back and get another one but since it was already so late in the day they asked if they could come back in a few days to get rid of the stump which was not a problem at all for me. On the day they came back with the grinder they were actually a bit earlier than I had expected which again, was not a problem. In about an hour, the stump was gone and everything was cleaned up as if they were never there (same for the first day). Overall, I couldn't be happier with them and wouldn't hesitate to call them again in the future.

Prompt, courteous, skillful, and above all, careful not to damage any other plants or structures in the area. Took into account all my concerns. The knowledgeable owner, Bill, worked alongside his crew for the whole job. In the trickiest job, they managed to cut away, bit by bit, one mature palo verde tree that was intertwined with another tree, without any damage at all to the tree we wanted to keep.

Excellent timing and work. Left trees with a lot of clear space internally, as desired, with good profiles. Everything was clean when they left.

We had them come out to take out a 20-foot mesquite that was destroying hardscape, and grind the roots preparatory to our putting in a smaller, less invasive tree. I called other companies and they didn't come out to the northwest side for such work. The area was limited in accessibility, on a hill, and removal required transfer through a removed fence panel, not the best of working conditions considering the equipment needed. They left some wood behind per request, and cleaned everything else up very nicely. All interactions were very professional and friendly. Beautiful work! No further growth from the massive (~1-ft diameter) lateral roots we had trouble with, a year and a half later.

They came out quickly and performed the work. I wanted them to do more cutting and planting for me, but I never received a follow up call or estimate that was promised. I ended up having more work done by another company.
