Description of Work: We were extremely pleased with Bill and his crew. We had two trees removed with stump removal, four trees trimmed, and a couple of bushes trimmed. I had serious concerns about how to restore our view without increasing our view of our neighbors' homes. Bill was very patient and gave me excellent advice, thus helping me to accomplish our goals. We highly recommend Cutting Edge and will use them again.

Description of Work: They arrived on time and cut down several small trees and bushes in my back yard. They only thing I was disappointed about was that they cut everything down to the ground, but didn't pull up the roots. They appeared to be in a hurry to finish. When my new landscaper comes in, they will have to pull the roots so new plants and bushes can be planted in their place. The office staff and workers were courteous and professional.

Depending on the size of the plants/bushes/or trees determines whether the root removal is included in the price of the removal. If they are bigger in size there is a charge for digging out the roots (stump) or grinding out the roots (stump). I believe they were trying to keep the cost down close to the $300 cap for the deal you purchased. The crew also usually walks the property with the homeowner upon completion for an approval on the work that was done. I am truly sorry the crew did not remove the roots. I hope we will get the opportunity in the future to work with one another again. We appreciate your business and for giving our company a chance to work with you . Description of Work: The Cutting Edge Tree Service trimmed two tress for me. Everything from the initial estimate to the actual trimming and clean up was beyond my expectations. The price with the Angie's List Coupon seemed very reasonable. My only disappointment and point of frustration was that they had removed a couple of landscape lights obviously to protect them but did not reinstall them. Not a big deal but not knowing exactly where they were originally I have not been able to reinstall them. Overall I was very pleased with the services provided by The Cutting Edge Tree Service and would use them again.
