Company was very communicative, both when setting up initial bid and when arranging for approved work to be done. Everyone there is pleasant and courteous. They arrived as scheduled. Work was done quickly and well, with no debris left behind. Neat & clean workers asked me to check the work prior to departing. I have no hesitation in recommending this company, and would gladly use them again if I need more work done on my trees.

Showed up on time and our daughter directed them to trees that needed shaping. There were potted plants under the trees that needed to be moved, and this did not seem to be in the job description: they charged extra for that service. The trimming itself was very professionally done, leaving good shape for the trees. They cleaned up the trimmings and left. Our daughter later got help to move the plant pots back into position.

Bill, the owner, came with a crew of 4. Instruction were given to crew and work immediately began. The crew was very pleasant and efficient. The owner made sure that everything was being done as I had asked a month ago when I got the free estimate. I asked a few additional questions about some vines on our patio wall and Bill took the time to answer me and explain what the best procedure would be to trim and make the vines healthy again. When setting up this appointment Amy who is the other owner was very prompt and courteous in trying to find the right time for me to have this work done. She even called when she noticed an earlier date when the crew could come to my house. I had asked her to do this because I was eager to have the work done. Not only did Amy remember what I had requested, she followed through and I got this work done a few weeks earlier than originally planned. I would recommend The Cutting Edge without ANY reservations!! I already have my calendar marked for them to come back in the fall to do some additional trimming and removal. Debbi L.

It went very well, they removed all the dead limbs and cleaned up the area whan finished.

Great, hard working crew. They took care to make certain no limbs that were pruned damaged other soft/hard landscaping. They cleaned up as they pruned. I would definitely recommend!

The crew did a great job. They were couteous and very professional. Had the job done in no time at all. Did exactly what I asked them to do and did an exceptional job cleaning up. Would not hesitate to have them back and would highly recommend them to others.

They won't be out until March 31 to do the work. I thought that the estimate was good. They took $300 off of the price. Compared to other providers they had the best estimate.

Bill and Amy Drennan are great people running a great company. Solid, fair, dependable, and punctual. When I moved to Tucson about 6 years ago, I went through at least half a dozen landscapers, none of whom could be bothered to show up even after multiple calls. Not only did Bill show on time and as promised, but he did (and continues to do) a great job. Always a free written estimate, very fair prices, and great work. Never had any occasion to complain whatsoever. I won't use anyone else, period. I also use him for gravel and anything the yard needs--he can do it all. Highly recommended!

I just want to express my sincere gratitude to Bill and Amy and their team at The Cutting Edge Tree Service. I was needing to replace a dying Yucca tree in my front yard and replace it with a large palm. When I called I spoke with Amy. She was so professional and knowledgeable. She gave me a time and date for Bill to come out to give me an estimate, it was the next day! Great! Bill arrived at the time specified. He was so patient in listening and answering all of my concerns, just not about my tree situation but overall landscaping as I have all xeroscaping in front and back yards. He gave me advice as to what would be necessary to do the job right. I made a mistake in ordering a much too small tree for what I was needing. When I told Bill of my concern he was so understanding. We ended up planting my "mistake" in another part of the yard. To correct my wrong decision, Bill went out of his way to show me examples of what I might need and offered tips of what would work best in that spot. It looks amazing now and I'm so happy! I will definitely call them again for help! Bill, Amy, Jeremy and Chris - You guys are great! Thank you so much!

I don't remember exactly what they charged, but we thought it was satisfactory. It was a pleasure. They cleaned up, they took care of all of the trimmings, and we would recommend them.

It was a free estimate. We decided to use another company but it was a good experience. We possibly might use them in the future.

Excellent. They came when said. Worked about 2 hours triming the mesquite. Cleaned up. My tree looked great.
