It went well. They were very responsive to everything.

It was perfect, They were very professional an they were working everyday, they did every thing they said they were going to do, I talked to a few other companies and they did not call me back. Pusch called me back and I checked them up on Angie's list and they had good reviews so I decided to use them.

The work went well, especially under difficult conditions. Our home was heavily damaged by a broken water line while we were on vacation. Quick repairs were of the essence. Frank worked closely with us in selecting the tile and carpet. He reworked his installation schedule to fit our needs and the general contractor's schedule. All work was done on time -- in fact they finished one day early! Work was of excellent quality with difficult rooms to maintain the tiel pattern. We very much appreciated Frank's suggestions during the tile and carpet selection process and his help choosing the right grout. All work was done professionally. The workers were attentive and cordial. Frank responded to every phone call or email question quickly and thoroughly. Best of all -- the final result is great. We love the tile and the workmanship.

Frank is the prime contractor and project manager with his subcontrators executing the supply & installation. I did some of the demolition, including carpet, existing tile and shower glass & pan removal plus most of the existing drywall in the shower and tub area. The remaining demolition and removal of existing sink, tub & toilet went very well. We chose the engineered stone supplier who also installed the items. This was Tucson Outstanding Products or TOP. They supplied the shower & bath surround, moulded tub and double mouled in sinks & counter with 6 inch back splash. The shower glass subcontractor was not very good in that the first time the installer attempted to fit the glass door it did not fit because of an error in initial measurments. The second door arrived only it was not the same height as the adjoining glass panel. This was finally replaced correctly all of which caused a delay in finalizing the contract. Frank was a hands on project manager with keen supervision and with frequent contact with us on progress. We were not very impressed with the prices and service from Franks recommended plumbing supplier (Pacific Sales) in retrospect. We purchased the new toilet outselves from Home Depot & the new lighting fixtures from Lowes & believe we could have purchased the other plumbing & hardware items at the same or less price from either Home Depot or Lowes even given that we would have had to pay 9.1% sales tax ourselves.

It went well. Frank LaPere had many good ideas for the remodel. The plumber, electrician and tile workers all did a fantastic job. The electrician was very knowledgeable. He made sure the drop lighting was perfect. He took the time to explain why a specific height is best, pointing out specifics I would of never though to take into consideration. You couldn't ask for a more considerate, knowledgeable group of people to come into your home. I am very picky about my granite. When I found just what I wanted, it was not available in the thickness we needed, so Frank had to look all over Arizona to find the exact granite I wanted, then have it brought to Tucson so I could inspect it. In fact, I was pretty picky about the entire project, and Frank was OK with that.
