Oro Valley Cleaning

Two ladies worked efficiently did a nice job. The company owner was very easy to schedule with, accomodating. I will use them again.

1 girl was 30 minutes late, the other girl was 1 hour late. So job took longer then it was supposed to which cost me more money. Plus when I showed up they were cleaning very slow. I was given a rate when I scheduled service. After job was done, the rate increases because of my "area". Then she tried to say she was giving me a good deal because she dropped it back down to the original price and because they came on a Sunday! I didnt ask for a Sunday that's what day she gave me for availability. The 2 girls were driving away before I could even get out of my car the second time I went back to see if they were done. I half checked the house and it looked fine at a glance. Today I went back to finalize everything for the move out, they definitely half assed it. I had to go back and clean cabinets, light switches, base boards. Plus they thought they would help themselves to a ladder in the garage without permission to clean. We noticed it was moved and used. The employees had the audacity to talk about me in spanish that I was complaining about the price they tried charging me. Little did they know I understood every word. Was not given an invoice upfront. I had to message and ask. Then the owner has the audacity to say the workers had the receipts but I didnt ask. I shouldn't have to ask. It needs to be given especially when I told her when scheduling I needed the invoice/ receipt for my rental company. Then she says shes on her way to mexico and will mail it to me when she gets back 1/6/20. As I told her many times I needed everything before the 1st. Very unprofessional and I am beyond ******.

Some things were missed that should be a given but,when pointed out they were done very well.

Oro Valley cleaning is dependable and reasonably priced. They do a very good job. I've used him for several years.

I have been using this company for many years and I am always happy with my service and the price. We use them monthly but would be happy to use them more often if I could afford it!

We contacted OV Cleaning on 1/21/16 and 2/1/16 via the email "Conversation with Provider" to get a quote for cleaning service. We left our names and mobile numbers in the event OV cleaning wanted to respond via direct conversation rather than email. No one responded to either request for a quote.

The prices are very good and they do the job well. They are polite and courteous.
