We hired Home Builders after watching them complete an attached garage and bathroom for one of our neighbors. I spoke to our neighbor and he was very happy with this company. I also researched their license and reviews. Franco and his group designed, permitted and built a freestanding garage for us. It was very convenient to have them do the entire process from start to finish. They are very experienced and helped us with choosing good/cost effective options throughout the design process and construction. We were very happy with the process and the final product. The customer service was great and even with a lot of rainy days during the construction, they still finished on time. We were very comfortable with their crews and they were respectful of our property. I have total trust in Franco and I would definitely hire them again. We actually had them do two additional small projects and again, very happy. I would highly recommend this company.

Exceptional Home Building Experience with Home Builders! We recently worked with Franco and his team at Home Builders, and it was truly a remarkable experience. Because our first experience working with them building our free standing garage on our property went so smoothly, weâ ve had them also help with concrete along our driveway and many additional construction needs. Their professionalism, communication and dedication sets them apart and their punctuality ensured a smooth process. They arrived on time, always kept a clean and organized job site and their meticulous attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Franco and his teams commitment to follow through on every aspect of our project was impressive. We have had many construction teams that weâ ve contracted over the past few years with a full inside and outside remodel at our house and weâ ve never worked with a better team! Home Builders added a room to our house and built a free-standing shop. We are very happy with the work they did and would recommend them wholeheartedly. Because of material shortages and delays, the project took longer than hoped, but the workers were very pleasant, detail oriented, and did a great job. Communication with the company was easy, with quick replies to questions and regular updates on progress and schedule, and there were no surprise unanticipated expenses at completion. We would definitely want to use them if we had another project.

Beware! They agreed to services and bailed at the last minute. After completing our new addition, they left us without a new front door or overhang. They did not even offer referrals and now I am scrambling to finish this project, just in time for monsoon season. They make promises that they can not keep. I would not recommend Home Builders!

Excellent work ethic, and excellent workmanship. Price was very competitive. Home Builders, LLC actually kept us updated on the project schedule, told us when to expect certain things to happen, and explained on the rare occasion why the schedule had to be varied. I would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone needing work.

I was quite impressed with the team at Home Advisors. They did an excellent job and the cost was more than reasonable. I was never left hanging in regards to plan and schedule and addressing my questions and concerns. They kept in constant communication during the entire project. They also did a good job keeping the job site clean and orderly. They exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to rehire them for future remodeling projects.

Home builders remodeled my 2 car garage which had served as my studio into a 1 bedroom casita for me. This project was started and completed in the middle of covid. We experienced delays in permits, lumber, lack of qualified workers, you name it. Franco and his people were patient and persistent. The final product is not only worthy of ARCHITECTURAL DIGEST but a delight to live in.

Home Builders did an outstanding job with my backyard porch. Communication was excellent as I was always kept appraised as to the status of the project. Different work teams came to my residence to complete their part. They were highly skilled, friendly, and exhibited a strong work ethic. I would use them in the future should I need additional work on my property. They were absolutely the right choice for me.

Working with Franco, the general contractor, his secretary Madison, and construction crew couldn't have been better. They were professional, respectful, communicative, dependable, and more. How pleased we are with the finished project! We consider them friends, as well.

I highly recommend this company for any home repairs needed. We contracted Franco to repaint the trim outside the home and repair the carport and paint. His crew also repainted inside and tiled the kitchen and hallway. The fireplace was also repaired. Franco and his crew listened to all our suggestions and completed the job in a timely manner. I appreciated Franco checking in and reviewing the progress of the repairs. The crew was great and the work was beyond my expectations. Franco did help us quite a bit with outstanding suggestions and did help us with keeping the cost down. My next project is the bathroom with Franco's help.

The relationship with Franco is what made the project work. His expertise was key in finding innovative solutions to some challenging remodeling issues. His knowledge coupled with an experienced crew fulfilled our design vision. Also, Franco really works with the client to mange cost and schedule when the inevitable remodel problems or design changes happen.

Although we had some unexpected issues and there was a cost overrun, I felt he made every effort to make things right and keep cost down. He was easy to work with and his crew was very good. He is very quality and customer oriented and is very detailed. He explains things very clearly. I would definatley recommend Franco and would use him again.

Don't order anything from Home Depot. Took 4 weeks to get an unbroken toilet. Not the contractor's fault.

Home Builders and their subs built a quality garage on time and with the budget we agreed on. I definitely recommend Home Builders.

Franco told us this would be a small job for him it would take about two weeks. the job took over 2 months to complete because they had to keep redoing everything. They installed the wrong garage door and they gave me a used 3 year old motor.When I contacted Franco about it he told me he couldn't micromanage his workers.So I guess I had to. I am NOT some bitter person just doing a negative review I just wish none of this had to happen. I believe I was very patient through the whole thing

He is very easy to communicate with and always made sure that I was up to date with the status of the project. Price was significantly lower than other quotes and overall I am very pleased with the work. Will hire in the future for the next project.
