This was for a rental property and they did a good job. They cleaned a rental home prior to a new tenant moving in.

They did a superb job! They did what I expected and more. I have never had better housecleaning. Every room was thoroughly cleaned and little extras were done like tidying up the master bedroom closet and vacuuming its floor, making beds, cleaning some windows. It was an outstanding job.

Fantastic work and such nice people! We were in awe of how everything looked so great. The tile floors were scrubbed by hand with lots of different cloths - no dirty mops spreading dirty water around. The stove looked like brand new as well.

A group of four ladies were sent for the job. Two and a quarter hours later the house was spotless. They did an awesome job and i would highly recommend their services

Their work ethic and professionalism was outstanding. The major problem was communication. My initial crew leader was Vickie who was able to speak English adequately. Whenever she was unable to be here, it didn't go well. Yesterday they sent an English speaking member of the crew and a new 4 member crew. What it took Vickie to do with one or two people ( 2 +/- hours) it was going to take this crew closer to 3 hours. Classic shake down as far as I was concerned because all of a sudden, they needed 35% more money to finish the job. Needless to say, I gave them their walking papers. This is a small 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. My slate floors were not cleaned and two of the bedrooms were not cleaned. This morning they fired me, deciding that they could no longer meet my demands. Being over 70 years old, the chances of me learning Spanish is slim to none. If you don't speak Spanish, I would hesitate to hire Mother Earth Maids.

These 3 people were very professional and got right to work. My house looked very nice when they were done.

Very well; the crew was amazingly quiet, which was wonderful since we both work from home offices. They were very efficient, they let me know about 30 minutes before leaving what was left to do, and what they could accomplish in the remaining time, which allowed me to set priorities. Once they finished, they gave me a tour and showed me what they had accomplished during the visit. Everything was shiny and clean. I plan to hire them for regular monthly cleanings.

Initially I really liked them and started to use them on a regular basis Each time they came they were later and later and later until one time they weren't able to finish because it was past 5 o'clock I was really disappointed and each time they came they did a little less I was not impressed with their cleaning service at all

Very well. As a older home, there is no way to correct cracked and stained tiles on the kitchen countertops but they did .as good a job as possible. A respectful and friendly cew.

I'm not sure if they were just slow or if there was a lot of work involved in the cleaning, but I had to pay for extra time since they couldn't complete it within the 9 hours I paid for, which I thought was plenty of time. They did do a good job though.

Overall, they did a great job, but missed a few areas. I appreciate that they use eco-friendly products. Nice staff.

Excellent, they went above and beyond, even cleaned the dog's dish! I noticed one room they missed dusting and they stayed overtime to finish it with no gripes.

Very impressed. The three workers did a great job. They wiped down doors, baseboards, cabinets, cleaned floors, ceiling fans and many more items that generally get missed by other service providers. I plan on contacting them in the future if I decide to have a deep cleaning again.

It went wonderfully well. A crew of 4 showed up and work for 2.5 hours and accomplished more in that time span than I could have done in a whole week with my current limited abilities. They worked hard the whole time they were here. They didn't waste a minute of their time. My kitchen and the bathrooms sparkle with cleanliness. Our house even smells clean! I am very satisfied.
